Works Great If You Have A 3 Year Old Phone. App is completely useless if you have a new phone. App needs a serious upgrade. Needless to say, it's extremely inconvenient. Although I can do most of my banking online through the police CU website, I cannot make a mobile deposit without the app. Although I have been happy with the CU over the years, this app has me seriously considering banking elsewhere for services and conveniences that actually work.
Essentially useless right now. It has had connection issues for over a month now. What happened? 4/24/20 - looks like they pushed out an update. Still can't use the app. 5/2/20 - App doesn't work at all. Uninstalled.
Useless App Developed by 5 year olds! I just tried to use the Mobile Deposit feature to deposit a check. The instructions have you write a note under your signature on the back of the check that it's for "Mobile deposit to Police Credit Union" on back making this check useless at any other bank. After taking a photo of both sides and depositing the check, the app just keeps showing a spinning icon and never completes the deposit. Guys...hire someone else besides the Boy Scouts to develop apps!!!
It doesn't open up pass the screen that shows the account balances. I can not access anything on this app. Viewing only!
Connecting to server has been problematic lately. Taking too long to connect to server. Only solution is for me to clear data and cache of app for me to be able to login
Please update your app. It would just keep loading forever up and it doesn't sign in. It's just a hassle for people if they want to use the app for convenience.
I can't even log in to my account.... I have been trying for the last hour..... Edit 3/30/2021.... Received an email saying there will be an update today and there is no update. What the hell was the point of sending the email? Y'all really need to get your act together....seriously
It stopped letting me log in. I have to log in through the website which doesn't allow me to deposit checks. ***update, the issue seems to have been resolved.
Can we get an updated version already?? Samsung S20+ 5G.. App has been useless for about four months now.. Connection stuck at log-in like everyone else. Almost makes me want to switch banks.
my checks I deposit threw the app on Friday gets returned on Tuesday because of missing endorsement??? I have never experienced this problem before until these last 2 weeks. fix it please very annoying
It keeps freezing. Even the back button wont work. I have to uninstall and reinstall. Not goid.
Garbage since the name change! Got booted out, customer service isnt open to help. Why fix what's not broken. Oh yeah...to make name for themselves.
The only way I can get on the app to check my account is to uninstall it then reload it. That's ridiculous. Time to get rid of this account.

I have to uninstall and reinstall this app almost every other day in order for it to work. My phone is less than a year old. I wonder how many other people have this issue.
I had reinstalled the app and it seems to be working now. So I changed my rating. Hopefully it is a permanent fix.
The app was finally updated!!! I had issues with it in the past and it appears that they have been resolved.

Upgraded to a new 5g phone and now I can't access my mobile banking. Called customer service but problem was not resolved.
The app was clunky and outdated before and now it's just unusable.

I'm new to this app. So I'm trying to add the new one so i can transfer funds.
Since the new Logo and name change, I have been having an issue. It tells me its taking too long to connect and it never connects. I've tried uninstalling and installing and it only works one time and when I try the second time it gives me same message, taking too long to download. Very frustrating!!
