SF RUSH

Hi, I chose SF Rush because it was offered at an attractive price point when compared to market competition. I wouldn't necessarily complain about the functionalities because I knew fully well what I signed up for when I made this purchase. But I'm having trouble connecting the app to the device even though there is sufficient charge. It has barely connected since I bought the device. It's the only issue I have and it's a major buzz kill in terms of user experience.

Very bad experience. It worked well for 3 months or so. Then one day I had my band's battery low. By the time I got it charged the app showed no working. ' rush has stopped working' was the only thing that showed up inmy phone. I switched the app to another phone now..where the band is not able to connect. Every time it shows an error in correcting. I request the team to correct it as soon as possible.

I didn't like the band because once when its battery was low it switched off. After Charging it I saw everything was reset. Then I used the app to connect it. It was not connecting so i have to reinstall the app. When I connected it The phone was showing "Your band was not recognized" There was no other way to connect it. EDIT: Now it finally works . Thank you

Useful but not really accurate or user friendly. Major challenges 1: Steps counting is not accurate. Many times, I get out of bed with already 50+ steps counted. 2. Synch is pathetic. You have to power off and power on Bluetooth for app to connect and even then, sometimes you need to disconnect and reconnect the band. 3. If you don't sync everyday, prior days data is gone. 4. Somehow sleep detection works only from the full hour, if you sleep at 10:30 pm, it will count only from 11 pm.

I've been using this band for almost 2 years now without any trouble. The update that came out on 1st week of April is killing the overall experience. The app is now pathetic and very slow in responding to touch. I have to uninstall and reinstalled the app each time. And for about 2 or 3 uses it behaves well and starts giving problems again (slow response and crashing automatically) there is no error screenshot that I can share with customer care. So, I've decided to stop using this band.

The experience was good for the first 48 hours of using the app. When i go for the firmware update it doesn't even work! It keeps connecting and disconnecting again and again. Also the whole analytics reset every time i try to connect to the application. Such a worse experience!

i am not happy with the service. It has some problems. It doesn't count the steps but can count when you are in a bike or in a car. suddenly gives you results like you have travelled 82000 steps and 56 kms which is not possible because you were home all day. Please correct or else people will lose faith. Also make your app user friendly. Note- take ideas from samsung health app.

Everything was going well when i was using this app in my MI phone, but when I changed from MI to Samsung, there are problems in reconnecting my band with the app. I tried many timed but it didnt connect. But again, in my old xiaomi phone, it connected very fast and easily ! So, the team of SF Rush, kindly fix compatibility issues with samsung phones. Like reconnecting your band and other stuff. Other than that, the app is very good.

Its a very handy, slim, light weight smart band. Display good and belt design is really nice. Till date it never get loose from hand. Battery backup is 5 days on average use. No connectivity issue. Step counter is fairly accurate though misses steps some day. Somehow its not well sync with Google Fit. Overall its a must buy product. I feel proud that Titan offers such a great product . I am totally satisfied.

I have used this app and band for almost a year. The on and off sleep data is very unpleasant. (One night it gives slightly accurate data, most of the time, there is no sleep data). Everything else works just fine for me.

As a smart watch. It isn't smart at all it should show the week day at least. And there should be an option to merge every other details like - steps count, distance, calories and alarm status in single window just like first time window shows time, date, battery percent. I would be really happy if you could add stop watch in it.

Not able to connect.. Showing my contact no. Invalid i have tried all my contact nos. To connect but unable to do so. Poor experience and don't know even know what's the other substitute.

It's not showing the exact numbers of sleep... Also it is not showing the exact no of steps. Please work on this to make it more functional..Also I need to on off Bluetooth multiple times to get the data featched. Other then that the app is good UI is simple and user friendly.

Edit 29-Apr:: Problems again. There is no error screenshot that I can share with customer care. Slow responses to touch and crashing automatically. Edit :: 5☆ Reinstalling the app fixed the problem. The band has started working as cool as before --‐-------- The update that came out 3 days ago is crashing the app. I open, it automatically crashes and closes the app. Unable to use my band. Please fix ASAP !!

Good Band but the reason I cannot give it 5 star is that it can't count steps accurately because when I walk 100 steps it sometime shows 20 steps and sometimes it shows 300 steps. It also don't have the function of raise see , we have to touch it every time to see. I request Cove and Titan team to release an update which consists more accurate steps counting and raise to see feature in which we only have to raise our hand to see time only and to see other feature we have to touch the band.

Add option to change the watch face from horizontal to vertical. Bring an software update at least. Also provide a button to exit the app. I don't want to keep it running all day in my phone. Just wanted to have it synced once a day

I am not able to connect with my Mobile Phone. I dont know why? it is showing enable your GPS and not connecting but mobile GPS is working properly. may be problem with App only. Smart Band is bit slow slowly slowly it shows difference of 3-5 minutes from Actual.

Hi first I installed the app and was setting the details on my iphone. i clicked band setting and clicked save and it just hanged. After that my phone is not recognizing the band only via Bluetooth. I uninstalled and installed and restarted my phone as well. It's just not working. How do I get this fixed? should I take it to a titan service centre?

why does the app keep disconnecting from the device??? it's extremely frustrating. I can't see any logs on the app and I can't edit any settings because the app keeps disconnecting the device. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times but it just doesn't work!!😤😠😡

I don't get any OTP. Band doesn't connect even if GPS and Bluetooth Permission are given and. I have to Uninstall and Re-install. A new problem started now i.e. OTP never come, Every information (phone number) is correct but still I don't get any OTP and if I get any OTP is about 15-20 minutes late. By some God's Miracle Once I get OTP it don't show my band to connect it just search. Edit - Problem doesn't end in my device but it didn't happened in another device. OTP problem occurs sometime.

Not too good, it's just that we can set alarms and all through this otherwise nothing else. And also why is the emoticon there for when it just shows how much goal today you have completed. It also responds after 30-40 seconds after clicking the button.

A new firware update showed up on my sf rush app and I tried to upgrade it amd and after some time it showed update failed on my mobile screen but just upgrading on my rush band and after some time it got disconnected and now it's not connecting to my phone. I uninstalled the app and tried again but the same thing happened.

This is a good app I like it but it can be more better to add this things in this app like when no device is connected the app have been running in background and another things is that in alarm section in sedentary reminder we can't set the timeing as we want it has an option like 15 min ,45min as we want to set for 40 min them we can't otherwise all features are good
