Love the convenience of the app, but with the new update it doesn't show charges separated by dates anymore, it is just one long list of transactions. I liked the older format better.

Lousy app. Routinely spend 15 minutes trying mobile deposit in brightly lit room with check against dark background. So frustrating i am trying to give you my money. 12-26-22 app still ugh

takes lot of effort to deposit a check. not as smooth as other apps from other banks. need improvement to capture check images especially the back side
This app works for me I can pay my bills set them up for any time of the month. Can pay on my loan thru any account I have with this bank. Overall it works well for me.
This app is down to often and too long when it is down. There is no one to help you. It is mostly down on weekends or after the credit union is closed.
Usually it's great. Occasionally, it makes me take the photo of a check I'm trying to deposit over and over.

Amateur Implementation of an APP App and SFCU are 10 years behind the rest of the mobile banking industry. This app is a poor adaptation of the desktop site. Unusable.
Really good app. Wish I was able to transfer between more than one other outside bank... e.g. SFCU to BofA or Wells Fargo or another credit union.
I been with the credit union since 1969. Love them, wish i didnt have to go to knvl to deposit or withdraw without paying, thats my only problem
I use to think pal was the best thing for keeping updated with my account but this is so much better and convenient. I love it.
There was nowhere to enter the text code they sent you upon login. I have uninstalled.

Used the app to deposit a check for the first time today. it worked well and was easy to do
simple, straightforward, gets the job done. also they don't give you all this BS history that Banks like to give you and show you a misrepresentation of really how much you have in your bank account. This Credit Union Show's you exactly what you have, When you have it.
