Okay, but mediocre design and little to no modern features like Samsung Pay support. The UI feels dated, animations are slow as molasses, and as of right now is broken on some modern phones (Galaxy S10). Otherwise, worked decently on my old phone, but cant help but feel that the bank has a "if it aint broke, dont fix it" mindset when it comes to online banking.
By far the worst banking app I've ever used. Even with it updating to the new EdFed design, it's essentially useless. I've reset my password 6 times in a row... 6... TIMES and it doesn't recognize the new password. Not even their actual website works right. One of the many reasons I'm transitioning to my new credit union
I have no other choice when checking my bank account. The app keeps force closing and with every update, it always seems like it falls to that same problem. I don't want to always keep reinstalling the app to fix this issue.
The app has no updates and is not working properly and I've had the newer version for a while. I even deleted from my phone twice and downloaded several times still not. Very inconvenient.
I like the mobile deposit feature. the app usually works well but as of January 2019, it has been working super S-L-O-W. It needs updating and more features added. I am outgrowing it, tech-wise.
Awful. This app constantly messes up or is very slow. There is always an error occurring that prevents me from accessing my account on my phone.
Absolutely pathetic. I called yall cause I couldn't log into my account and finally I was able to but then it logged me out and now I'm not able to log back in at all. For such a big bank, you would think they would be able to fix their own app.
Well I didnt have a problem with the app when it transition to EdFed..but I accidentally deleted the app now i cant install it back...its pending forever!!!
I love the app as it is convenient for my personal needs but as of lately, the mobile check deposit feature has been giving me issues. Please update the app to fix the issue.

App hasn't been updated in a year. It now won't allow me to access my account via app, and says general error, please try again later
Mobile deposit is now broken. That is something that should be fixed ASAP, especially during these times. Unexceptable!
it will not let me log in with my cellphone network. it tells me to log in with Wi-Fi. And then I can log in. It works with Wi-Fi, But when I'm in the street, it will not let me log in with my network.
Crashing/Unusable. App closes as soon as you try to sign in. Have to login through the browser on my phone.
Android: The sfefcu app just disappeared and im guessing this is the new app for it. Wish it would have just updated the original app. :(

Even before I updated the app on 4-30-21, the quick access feature hadn't worked for months. I think over a year now. I want that feature. I don't want to log in all the time, just need to check my balances quickly. I'd hope the update fixed it. Why have the option on the screen taunting me if it doesn't work? Please fix this, it's been way too long.
