it has problems recently and the pending trip condition change to enter to garage condition before exiting from sfo so we can not get short trips automaticly and every time have to go to office for getting confimation tickrt

The app work good but the only problem is that it doesn't have any option to help the drivers issues like right now I'm troubling with my password reset since yesterday I'm trying everything even I went to office but they couldn't help

It is terrible app for a working Taxi driver in the City and the worse in the world right now.

It is very fast and organic and decent.

What happened is there any problem with app I can not use it any more

Terribly Engineered not good for anything ecept Landside's Profits, while allowing Uber to endanger the Public and not stopping the massive Solicitation by Supershuttle and limousine ' & other illegal airport transportation entity's

Don't work very well. Not accurate on shorts, needs a lot of improvements.

Taxi drivers don't have mind to think

Does not accurately tell the # of spaces left, the flight numbers are often wrong, and it often doesn't read "short" trips as such... Which then requires an unpleasant trip to the office. Oh yes, it also wants the ability to constantly scan for wifi networks even though we are not provided with wifi at SFO. So... Drains your battery.

Full of bugs

Keeps popping up when working with another app. I can't do anything on my phone, like process a credit card payment without it forcing itself onto the screen. Fix this! I will change rating afterwards.

Too many problems!! I wish I could given - starts

This I can't save my user name why ????

I use Samsung note 4, If use large or extra size display setting, for the space availble number only displays 2 digital number, if 150 space availble will show 15. That is the problem 1, the 2nd problem is some time after 9:00pm, will shows nothing flight information.need fix all these 2 problems for now.

All of us keep saying garage entry required even you pick up the fair you lose money cheap app

It doesn't work all the time... I can't depend on this app and screw my day... It doesn't work properly.... And we need more interne access while we are in the lots because if your Internet connection is not available that's it your screw up, in some lots you barely get one bridge of 4G LTE. This app requires Internet access all the way till you reach TERMINALS.

I cannot log in because of this error. I also get the same error message using an iPhone 5s. Fix app immediately

Taxi information

SFO just love to take our money and leave us in the dark. We need to start filling complaints with SFMTA and city of San Francisco. They either need to find another contractor who actually knows what they doing or go back to the old system.
