Dang! I love this 8-bit sound generator. Never got to have apps like these oftenly, this is just great. One thing though, I wish I can make my own library of sounds with this and play it directly here thru a native soundboard or something. Don't get me wrong, the soundbar already give such crisp sounds, but I hope I can also customize it with the sounds I made within the app itself. Overall, good sound generator.
This is legit fun and legit useful! I wish this engine could be put directly in a game so the sfx are randomly generated during gameplay, like every time you jump is a new SFX, etc. I make music for retro style games and often get asked to make sound effects too, and now maybe I actually can!
Saves to SD card, I dont have a SD card and I assume thats how it is for a lot of people, it would make a lot more sense if it save to Internal Storage. If this issue is fixed my rating will be changed. Have a nice day.
The idea in principle is good but lacks an intuitive UI, it's a shame, as it otherwise has good potential.
I liked it, but, these sounds sounds too "Atari" if you know what I mean.
This app is excellent if you want a good variety of noisy bits to sample
Wow I like Hearing the sound of these Retro Games!
Its nice that i can use it on the go
Really brilliant developer.
This app is... too bad to not be found
Didn't knew there existed a srfx android version till I saw a GitHub post...
Where is the update
ITS THE BEST!
WOOOW THIS IS VERY FUN
this is what i am looking for
Doesnt have all the features of the sfxr ports (its based on the original sfxr), but its a lot of fun to mess around with. Works great. Would be nice if it had the settings save/load feature from as3sfxr though.
I would love to see this developer work on using his new an intuitive interface to not just work with Nintendo nostalgia but as the Explorer of the history of computing noises from one bit sounds forwards. I'd like to see some hands-on chaos pad stop tweaking of the mutator and a very simple one button export system allowing you to create banks of similar noises
Little inspiration, experimentation, fun and easily effective way to make electronic sound effects. You may still need to edit them later for volume and other changes, but this makes a solid source file! :)
Great for making and modifying games worth 700kb download its a must since it doesn't use too much memory. 😍😆🖒
Very versatile noise maker, and the wave export makes using it as a sample creation tool easy.
Almost as good as the desktop version, just needs a load / save for the sound definitions to be complete.
Just the sound toy I was looking for. It would be even better if you could create a save function for the settings, too. That way we could always return to a patch for further tweaking. Thanks!
Fun to play with. I think it could use some work on frequencies but still cool.
It crashes when I try to export WAV. Otherwise it's great
A simple sample creator with almost endless outcomes! Very useful!
Works as described. LOVE being able to edit the sounds so easily!
..I don't know what else to say for such a Funtastic SFX Generator.
I'm having a lot of phun with this app! The ability to export the sounds really makes me happy!
It's awesome. I'll be using its sounds in conjunction with other apps, to create original music, with that nostalgic Sid chip twist. It's easy to use, others apps that claim to recreate Sid chip sounds, make it extremely hard to make the sounds you desire. This app more or less does it all for you. Extremely useful app, pleanty of great sounds, an easy to use interface that looks & feels great. I've tried many similar apps, this one is the best by far. Have fun y'all.... NELCHID
