SG Arrival Card
SG Arrival Card is an initiative from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), which allows foreign visitors to submit an electronic arrival card prior to their arrival in Singapore. With SG Arrival Card, visitors can perform the following services at their convenience:
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Easy retrieval of submitted records for reference.
The use of the SG Arrival Card application is free of charge. Please also note that the SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit our website at www.ica.gov.sg to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.
[Trial]
We are conducting a trial on this mobile application. For this trial, all foreign visitors travelling to Singapore will be able to submit the electronic arrival cards except for foreign visitors arriving via cruise liners and those entering Singapore to assume work pass status.
[Who cannot participate]
A summary of foreign visitors who are NOT eligible for this trial is as follows:
- Foreigners arriving to assume work pass status
- Passengers arriving by cruise liners
Foreign travellers who are ineligible should complete the paper-based disembarkation/embarkation cards.
ICA will study the results of this trial and progressively extend the SG Arrival Card to all foreign visitors. Kindly refer to this description for the updated list of travellers who are eligible to use the SG Arrival Card before downloading the mobile application.

Something is not right with this app. It says it's not the latest version, so I uninstalled and installed again. But it still wouldn't work. Please look into fixing this, as it's frustrating and confusing
Unable to update. If dun update, cannot use. Had to uninstall and reinstall several times. Happened with the previous update as well.
It cannot be updated. Prompt does not go away. Its an important doc for entry into SG, why can't you get this right? 10/4/22. Installed uninstall multiple times
SG Apps and others like Singpass also the same always got to update n update n update , at the end , the app still the same , then worstill when i forgotten my password , when want to log into latest update , became nightmare for me to search lar , go here lar n go there lar . Very leceh wan . See lahhh now i cannot see the newly update page !!!!
Hopeless app... Asking users to update go back to Google play - Uninstall / Open page. Press open, asked to upgrade to latest version, press update, go back to Google play page and then repeat.. Worst app
Absolutely. Exactly what the others 1 star said. Can't update and it keeps round n round.. that equals you can't fill in sg arrival card and you'll be in deep trouble when arriving at ICA.
I clear the cache and uninstall and reinstall the app but unable to press anything it closed by itself . Developer need to check the software !!!
Similar issue, updated and still asking for update! Frustrating, keep it Simple Yo! As the saying, if it ain't broke..
Everytime ask to update to the latest version but once update, still the same. No use at all. I'm not happy with this app.
Can't even open the apps. Keep prompt out update the apps when click on open the apps. Useless
5 to 7 is not sufficient, nor user friendly, room to improve a lot more, shld allow to key in words instead of scrolling.

Trace together can use on older phone, this should use similar tech to rebuild.
It's basically a link directly to the website. Fast and easy to use.

Used to be a user-friendly app pre-covid. Now it will only direct you to the website to complete your declaration and the completed Arrival Card/Health Declaration cannot be checked in the app either. Might as well just visit the website to complete the declaration in the first place.

The bug not fixed, keep request to update. Even uninstall and reinstall same issue, forever unable to open.
App does not serve anything other than redirecting to the SG Arrival Card webpage. At the webpage, when prompt to upload QR code, it was optional but it was the only way to update TraceTogether and Healthhub vaccination status. ICA Officer asked me to skip it and in the end my vaccination status is now not vaccinated and I can't go anywhere when I came to Singapore as a day trip. You should have made it mandatory.
