Used to be a real good app. I've used it for the last 6 years at least. However the recent blatant adding of advertisement has made it so bad. Do not download or use this anymore. Imagine in a crowded bus, clicking into their app trying to check timing for next bus, only to have the advertisement of a skimpy wearing lady advertising some investment thing with high pitch voice in my face and unable to turn it off. The "close this ad" button doesn't work. Yes that happened to me.

After the recent updates. The ads are very annoying. It interrupts your flow of checking the timing of the buses. When you are rushing for time and the ads just popped up and there is no way to cancel them. Who in the right mind will spent time in the app browsing the ads? You cant even set an alert of the timing for the next bus which is arriving. Pfff. This app is getting from ok to bad.

Takes way too long to refresh the list of nearby bus stops, so by the time it is refreshed, the bus is displayed as already arriving while you are still far from the bus stop. Every now and then a bus' schedule would be labelled as 'estimate unavailable', then a few minutes after it shows a time. There are times where the app works perfectly as it should but there are times it doesn't; the inconsistency is something that could be worked on.

Used to be one of the best app to check for timing of buses but recently, they've added full screen ads, which I think is quite fair since it's a free app. However, some ads can't be closed! The use of such app is to check for timing of buses to make prompt decisions. What's the point of using this app if by the time I've managed to get to see the timing, the bus has already arrived? Joke.

This apps has a poor accuracy. Had been using this apps for more than 5 years. Had many issues not fixed. Eg. Timing accuracy, it's either bus came early or later then as shown on the apps. Ranging can be from 5 to 15min lapsed. 2nd issue is no estimated time appeals frequently. 3rd is new bus service had been launched for more than 2 mths but it hasn't been updated. It doesn't really benefits me much but messed up all my plans instead. I do not recommend making any planning based on this apps. This apps can only use for a rough reference. Really disappointing.

It was a very reliable app before the developers decided to introduce full screen ads. It really doesn't help when we are in a rush as commuters, but we can't quickly choose the best travel option (sometimes we need to see which bus comes faster at different bus stops). Hope the developers will reconsider this, before people start uninstalling the app, at which point no amt of ads will help yall earn any revenue.

Works ok most of the time. Sometimes all services becomes unavailable or shows inaccurate timing. E.g. Shows bus arriving in 3 minutes but it stays at 3 minutes for like 5 minutes. Besides that, I would love to see a 'favourite' bus stop feature. I leave for work from the same bus stop daily and I can take multiple buses. It would be very convenient if I can just tap a bus stop from a list of favorites.

I want to know about when my bus will arrive, and I appreciate that. But making me sit through a long ad, which I can't click out of, literally, makes the app ridiculous to use. I have to close the app in order to use it after I reopen it. Go back to ads that don't completely restrict the usage of the app, please.

Recently the ads cannot be skipped for the first 15 sec or something. It's really irritating when one is in the hurry to find out the bus timing. Also more frequently certain bus timing are unavailable even after refreshing. Even using Google map route planning is faster n more reliable.

After the recent update, the ads are Irritating beyond words. Imagine you are pressed for time and want to know if you need to rush for the next bus, the ad pops up and hijacks your screen for a long while and goes out from the app if touched accidentally. How can you not be upset as a user?! Why would anyone want to read the ad at that point in time? What was good and useful is now is no more.

Bus timings aren't accurate at all. Every single time I'm waiting for the bus, it either says no estimate available or it says some figure such as 46 minutes or so. And the minute, my bus arrives. The accuracy is nowhere near acceptable and the standard is atrocious. Really do not recommend downloading this app at all.

It is not accurate enough. When the bus is coming a long time later, it will either trick you with a shorter timing then suddenly change to a longer timing. Or it won't change the timing until like 6 minutes later. And even though it saysit is arriving, it is not. You cannot rely on this app if you have somewhere important to go.

This has always been a great app with accurate bus timings. I agree with all recent feedbacks that the ads are way too long and we cant close the ads! Not useful at all if you are in the rush to make prompt decisions.

Full screen ads which cannot be closed are just too darn annoying. Ads are ok but at least let me close the ads such that I can check the info that I need quickly. Uninstalled.

Bad. Search by roads are not sensitive enough: eg: Bedok South Rd under search shows "No results found". I've to manually go to the list of roads & scroll down alphabetically to look for the road I'm looking for. I failed to use the apps to bookmark any info of buses & places I got on the screen of my mobile & don't see any instruction how to do so. Can't use the apps offline.

Of late the app is unstable as most of the time it shows "no estimate" for the buses. Also, it doesnt display the timing and keeps on refreshing. last time, the app was excellent.

i used this on iOS and would have given it 5 stars but the Android version is lousy. on my iphone it was super dependable and accurate, easy to navigate, and could show me how long the wait for the next two buses would be. Android version is next to useless.

This App is really good! Invaluable in my daily commuting. I like the way it is ststructured by bus, stop and street. Very convenient to find the right bus. It really helps you to plan your journey and save time. Knowing when a bus will come helps to decide to go by bus or mrt. Keep the good work!

This app does not show timings on my android phone but my wife was able to see it on iPhone, these bugs exist since many years and has still not been addressed, I have been using this app since long time since I moved to Singapore, I just uninstalled it due to bad user experience and app being very inconsistent.. it is very annoying when it always shows no estimates available..

There were many occasions where this app's inaccurate timings wasted my time. Tonight, however, was the last straw when it said a bus was coming in 17 minutes, so I took my time to come downstairs. I still had about 12 minutes before the bus arrived according to the app, but when I finally reached the stop, the bus just drove past. And the next one took 21 minutes to arrive. Horrible and I recommended using an alternative app.

always saying timing not available when im in a rush, making it quite unreliable. other apps don't really have this issue, interface looks old and outdated as well. does the job but other apps do it better

I've always been counting on this app for accuracy of bus arrival time. But it has been quite inaccurate lately. Kindly make a check at your end.

Embarrassing. Whoever programmed this should fire yourself. Completely useless app. I also can make an app which only shows "no estimate available" so damn easy. Rubbish app and yet you have the gall to put ads in it. Absolute disgrace and shameless joke of a "developer"

Hate the FORCED ads before can actually use the app. Waste of time and busses could be missed because of the ads. I dun mind paying for ads free app.

bus timings are not reliable at all. was checking for a bus timing and it showed 4 mins and i went to the bus stop and checked again. it showed 9 mins. it happened quite a number of times. totally will not recommend this app.

The new update makes the app very unresponsive, can't even quickly close the app if you accidentally open it. Appears to be related to ads as it only works after the ads start showing.

Timing were quite accurate when I started to use this apps. However, the accuracy had dropped especially these few weeks. Hope to see improvement. Thanks :-)
