Power!!! App. Bus timing has been awesomely perfect reducing anxiety and helps making decision to find alternative ride.
Looks promising. Would like to have the option to see all buses at favourite stop instantly by clicking on a button (similar to Dr Bus). Also the ability to link to an account after setting up the app (instead of forcing to choose to link right after installation). Found the payment option a bit deceptive, was about to pay for supporting developers but then found it was a subscription, they could have made it clearer.
This app has only went downhill since the developer remade it. App was good years ago, but now, I had to replace it with a more functional app. 3 things that was never fixed for several updates: 1) Any stop added to Favourites tab cannot be deleted if you don't use the backup function. When you delete it, it'll return after refreshing. 2) When you tap a bus in search result, 60% of the time, the route info won't load. 3) Home page defaults to Coming Back of Favourites tab with no other options.
The basic functions of this app is fine, until so much useless stuff is added to it, in the past, with only a touch of the screen, i can navigate between my favourites and other tabs like nearby and search, now i need to swipe to move the red area(i have no idea what it is called), before i can move on to the them. I do understand that you guys may need or want to make more money out of the app, but i feel that it is slightly overpowering its main purpose.
A very reliable app for checking bus arrivals in Singapore & managing journeys along the road, but I would really appreciate it if I wouldn't have to subscribe every month just to remove ads. It's nearly perfect, but if there was an option for users to make a one-time payment for premium features, I would definitely pay. Sincere thanks to all the developers who have toiled hard to polish it up for everyone :)
I love it. Everytime i change phone, i will make sure this is one of the apps in particular that i have available in my device. However, i would really like an alarm to remind me when the bus is reaching. Maybe the ability to set which bus and how much longer it will reach till the alarm sounds or vibrates? Just a suggestion. Other than that, i think its all good! Other than the times when theres no time for the bus but i think thats LTA sides' issue
I am becoming more and more disappointed in this App. When I first started using it, everything seems to be fine. User interface, design and functions are good. However, the more I started using it more, the more problems I see. The bus navigations and timings are total different than reality. The delay is too much. 1 min means 3 - 5 mins. 5 mins means 10 mins or sometimes even more. I am telling the truths. Try it yourself if you want to test it.
Bus timings are probably as accurate as they can be. However, most of the other functions do not work. Option to notify me when bus arriving does nothing except put a notification on my taskbar asking me to subscribe. After subscribing, it still says the same thing. Send feedback function in app just opens up sharing dialogue. Also, asking me to turn on GPS every time I launch the app is very annoying.
I actually really like using the app because its really user-friendly. However, I have been disappointed with the frequency of time fluctuation lately. E.g: I see that the bus will be coming in 5, then 4, then 7 mins but even after giving a grace period, it doesn't arrive and instead the app tells me I have for the next one, the bus I use doesn't come that frequently so I have to wait for about 20 mins. I understand that the timings are from LTA, but it would be better if it's more consistent.
This app deserves no stars. Its inconsistent and that's extremely frustrating. I cannot count how many times I have to take the taxi cos of this app. An example would be it states on the app that itll be arriving in 5 mins. I go there and it changes to 2 mins. Then I waited it changes to 8 MINUTES!!!! Uninstalled and will NEVER download it again.
Used to be perfect. However there's this bug where it will often not display any bus timings unless you exit the app completely and reopen it. This bug has been around for several months but has not been fixed, and it is incredibly annoying. I recommend using another bus timing app until this issue is solved.
9 out of 10 times the bus timing is inaccurate. Sometimes even by more than 20mins! It's just getting from bad to worse and so unreliable!
Rarely accurate. I opted for the actual time display instead of how many more minutes till the bus arrives. Bus timings just change whenever bus doesn't arrive at the indicated timing (keep adding 1 minute by 1 minute). I understand for the variability as traffic condition can be unpredictable. But it is also not reliable even when I am at the bus interchange. It is as accurate as me throwing a dice to decide when the bus will arrive. Interface is good but pls feedback to LTA abt the timing.
Generally good, especially with its expansion of features. Though I think UI can be improved. For example, "adding to favorites" could probably have its own shortcut button. A dark mode would also be appreciated. Recently came across a bug that makes the app annoying. Favorites do not show up on the tab, but when I search for the stations, it says already added to favorites. Reinstalled the app which fixes it for a day before the bug returned.
Good customisation options but not accurate times. Ive tried various other bus apps for SG, but i like SGBusLeh for its cute comments& being able to customise. I can see certain stops that I only want to see on weekdays/ends, not ALL that I favourited/bookmarked. So I like their execution of Favourites, categorised "Going out" and "Coming Back".I love to easily toggle the bus services I want. But, inaccuracy is an issue & Ive noticed it now shows time in HH:MM instead of 'mins away'.
Used to love this app, but it started acting strange nowadays. Even with strong Internet connection, sometimes the bus stops don't expand to show the buses. And just now, the app wasn't refreshing any of the bus stops :( Please help fix! It's a really useful app for me and everything else is working great.
Not as user friendly as I expected. The favourites page is unable to sort, maybe according to user preference or at least according to the user's nearest distance bus stop to the furthest. Have to scroll up and down looking for the bus stop that I want or near to. Will be best if can have a widget to put on home page for quicker reference.
I was using this app for the longest time. Quite accurate most of the time. The problem is recently the app kept adding new bus stops to my favourite. At first I thought i accidentally added them, but no, it appeared by its own. And I am not talking about 1-2 stops, a whole list of like 20+!
Apps provide good and accurate info on busses arrival times, but the apps tend to hang. Sometimes it just shows blank page, or "No data available". If they can improve the reliability of this apps, then it would be a good one
Was a great app that I recommended to all my friends. However, for the past 2 years, bus stops that you have favourited can never be removed (you can try to remove it but it reappears right after you refresh the app). It's annoying and disruptive. Total disregard of UE, UI.
