App updated and is now useless to file claims... support doesn't answer phone. I have too much to do to waste time with nonsense like this.
Horrible app freezes and wont let you submit pictures. Have to delete app and lose all information.
Just a bad company to deal with in general. The app that doesn't work right makes it even harder. Everything about this company is THE WORST!!!
This app is straight garbage. I'm forced to use it for work. It crashes after every single photo and forces me to reload the claim. The only thing worse than safeguard's app is their turnaround time on paying claims.
So now it no longer asks me for tire part # and labor information and safeguard needs me to call in to provide this information. Why delete those fields from the app then? Whoever is in charge of the updates needs to be fired.
I am required to use this app daily for work. It spontaneously shuts down after taking pictures. A simple process that should only take minutes may end up taking quite a bit longer after it locks up over and over.
I work in a MINI dealership, and the app won't even open on my phone so I can submit claims properly. Please fix as soon as possible, it is hindering my ability to do my job. Five star app when it works but for now, one star
Unsupported crap. Crashes without provocation. Can't log in. I need this application to do my job. Every time that I have to retake a picture wastes my already precious time.
I use to be able to log in before this current version. I know username and password is correct but it still won't work. I have to use someone else's phone just to log in. I'm using an HTC one m8. Please fix this.
There is not even a current update for this and I can't even submit a claim I have to use someone else's phone... very inconvenient.
Probably the worst app ive used. I use this app at work and it constantly shuts off and stops working after i take a picture. Then the adjusters decline claims since they think the tread looks to worn on tires that are practically brand new. They seriously need to fix this app. Just horrible

Really useful App
Horrible app. This is to submit tire and wheel claims. But it does not allow you to add photos. After pressing their customer service team, they tell me the app is not required and we can email the photos in. Don't even try using this app if you're working at a shop, it is a waste of time.
