Notes
Sometimes, you might spot a bus appearing at the bus stop, but its arrival time is not indicated on the app. These "Ghost" buses are off the grid probably due to non-functional GPS or mobile network. I recommend commuters to record down the bus license plate and forward the information to the relevant bus provider.

The app is intuitive and easy to use. Has useful features like nearby bus stops and routes. Personal data can be backup to the cloud, hence avoiding tedious reconfigurations should one loses phone or using multiple devices.
25Nov18 pm. Like: small app size, good format for Favourite. Dislike: new services/routes not updated on time e.g. services 71 (since Dec 2017), 167e, 960e ... I'm sure there are others. A bus app is only as good as how regularly it is updated. Without this it is essentially no point using the app. May I suggest these services/routes are updated automatically (if possible). So two stars. Updated (25Nov18 later pm): Found that for the new services to be reflected, a refresh need to be performed at Settings\Bus Data\Check for Updates...but 167e still missing (service commenced on 25Nov18). 5 🌟 Keep up the good work. 👍
Developer response is stellar! I accidentally revoked third-party app access from Google and couldn't save route backups on my phone. The developer went as far as to replicate the issue and found a solution: clear SG Dr Bus app data & the app will ask you for permissions again.
A very innovative app. Instead of saving your favourite bus stops or bus numbers as bookmarks, it saves your frequently-take routes and hence the bus number from the bus stop that you boarded the bus from. To top it up, the bus arrival data is very accurate too!
This app is so useless that the timing is always inaccurate. 10 30am bus arriving in 4mins but at 10 35am its still 4mins. The timing just keep changing. Bus arriving in 1 min will take forever to come. If the timing is not even accurate what's the point of downloading this app
Very useful. I like the extra info of how packed the bus is, and by the function of the next 3 buses, which helps with my preparation in travel! I've used several other bus apps. But this is definitely my fav.
I know that bus apps there are times where the app will fail to detect the bus. Example the bus arrives arnd 9.20am, meaning u -+3mins be thr uh. But recently the bus drivers alr own time own target, which made me resort to using this app more frequently. But damn app can say arriving in 3 min and extend until 10min (this legit no excuse) OR says arriving in 4min but bus has physically arrived (prob failed to detect). All of this problem surfaced when i updated the app to the latest version.
Interface can be better but still a very useful bus app. Good for jumping off at the next bus stop to intercept the connecting service. Saves time on the journey to and from work.
would have given 5★ if not for two things 1) slow refresh rate of bus timings...one moment I see 2 mins...10s later my bus zoomed past me.. 2) would love to see if it is single or double deck without having to touch the timing
Overall is good in serving it's purpose. However, new bus aren't able to be added onto the route. Also, always face inaccurate data for bus service 117 from Punggol.
Been using the app almost from the very beginning of the app was introduced. Its always my trusted and daily must-use app to check the bus arrival timing. Used it very often to plan my route too! I'll say the app never fail me! Kudos to the team!
Timing of buses is fairly accurate and it even has a small bar below each arrival time to show how pack the bus is!! Easy to select the bus stops for which we want info. Overall great app!
App has a really clean and slick UI, but I often find the bus arrival timings to be highly inaccurate. For that reason alone I'm willing to go find another app instead...
Inaccurate timing as it's jumping back and forth. Checking the timing few min ago is 6 min but after 10-20 min later it still stays the same. Pls resolve the problem, it happened many times.
Fast, easy to use and most importantly, has all the useful features I will ever need in a bus app. Solves all the frustration i ever encountered in other apps. Well done developers!
Pretty reliable. Interface can be improved but so far it functions well and I like it - continued using it though I changed to a new phone.
Fast and simple, ads are placed where its not blocking or hindering the user. I like the function where i can set my favorite routes as per timing.
This is so awesome!!! It allows u to pin route so that the main route pops up according to your selected schedule. Inside the route, u can select ur stop and the Google maps will show u how far you are from the selected stop!
Your App for whatever reason not detecting nearby bus stops and bus arrival times at the main page anymore. Refreshing the page does not help at all !! I have to search by bus service and scroll to the bus stop.
Can the MRT map be updated? Pretty good app, has become my main bus app. Search is easy and being able to pin routes by time and day is great. Still hoping for more than 4 stops per route, because I have many bus hopping permutations for going to office and I want to be able to compare them to decide which to take.
This app only has one problem: it cannot show the type of buses (double deck/single deck/bendy). Would be nice if developer can add this function.
So far, it's a good and helpful app. Hope your IT department can also include the type of bus coming next. 913, 913T, 178, 178A. Looking forward.
It works fine as long as your network is good. I m 100% satisfied with the app but there is always a scope of improvement as I believe. Keep it up guys
It served my purpose pretty well and timing of buses is accurate. However not sure what had happened, somehow not able to show me the bus timings. Kept saying "No Estimates".. I had uninstall and reinstall but still the same
