Doesn't work.... At all, contacted customer support numerous times, received replacement cameras and still nothing. I have to setup the camera with my mobile hotspot as the campus I work for does dual band and devices now default to 5ghz if they are capable of 5ghz. with that said i can see both my android tablet and the camera connected but there are no registered devices on my account after i set up the camera.
terrible product, and tech support. save your time and money from thier products. would not recommend to anyone
Conected device as shown in instruction,everything correct but shows error check camera online time out.retry again it shows error:camera repeat bind.Probably something wrong with this app or camera.
Could someone please explain why I can't play some of the files from my SD card because it tells me (maximum number of live stream users reached) this is total b.s. fix this
App constantly crashes as soon as I open it since Android update
Was working great then after upgrade can no longer see list of available device cameras in the App
When I first started using the app I ran into multiple access and live streaming errors; however, these errors were quickly addressed to tech support; they were very helpful - tech support's willingness to help was very much appreciated. They worked diligently to fix these app errors. They even pushed an application update. The app is currently working flawlessly as I have not seen any more errors. Thank you Tech Support for your dedication and willingness to work with me. And for working diligently to keep the SGHome Application up to speed.
Could not get past the emailed sign up code to allow me access to the actual app. Kept stating I was using wrong code emailed to me. I tried to sign up 7 times with even unistalling and reinstalling app.
Nowhere near as good as the old, "difficult" platform. Not mature enough and not at all ready for deployment. Glad it worked for your screenshots.
Truely abysmal. Never used such a slow, buggy, unreliable camera app.

the app fails regularly leaving everything I have unprotected. kjb support is unable to get a temp fix. I am currently on day 4 with this app not working. I am looking to remove all kjb products/apps and go with Lawmate....pic quality is better, IR is unmatched and the app hasn't failed me yet
There's no place in the app to find the MAC address of the camera which makes it impossible to connect to a network that has MAC filtering on.
Will not recognize the camera I purchased. So frustrating
This app may be ok however, the tech support is awful. They have you doing the same routine over and over again and expect a different result. The tech person must be the dumbest person they could find to not realize that after doing the same routine a half a dozen times something needs to change. INSANE! Can anyone recommend an alternative app with better support?
