Bad design and useless buttons if you are not allowed to use.
inconsistent app, it is not operational 24h. after working hours it keeps posting a "something went wrong" error and no accounts are displayed in the main screen also, the transfer limit per day is very low. and it doesn't allow to schedule transfer.
New update keeps crashing, or mistakenly telling me I'm not online. It is almost impossible to use. And MANY recent Samsung devices are not compatible with it. You really need to hire better programmers! 😠
the interface is slow, and you don't have access to many many options. But it's fine for checking accounts and balances and managing accounts within SGBL.
ive been trying to access the app for months and till now this couldnt be possible, always loading with no results, very bad experience, sgbl needs either to take action or to cancel the app, no app is better than an app never working!
It was working properly though slowly until it started telling me that my device is rooted, which I never did ( you should be a tech person to know how to do this) so I couldn't login with the QR code. When trying to login with my password, the app sent the security code to another phone number, so I couldn't login in any way
Why is the app asking for access to files and pictures????
It does not download properly. Installation time is endless. Why did you cancel the previous version .. it was OK
Literally the worst bank ever. Employees even use their personal phones to contact you by whatsapp. Sending voice notes, with a narcissistic teacher's tone. Very unprofessional
I tried to root my galaxy note 5 but it failed to root, after that when I try to open the app it says that my device is rooted and it's not opening, kindly fix this problem and also I need to know why if I root my device it doesn't allow me to open the app??
Too bad application, when it was works it ask registration daily, notification is off even turn it on, a month ago it does not work even re-install many times..??!!
why do i have to keep updating this app every few days? its nonsensical..... The reviews are in vain .. u keep forcing us to update and retrieve all the endless info and passwords .. tedious work .. as if we need more bonded labor !!
I wish I could reimburse my credit card from my debit account. It's currently not possible, whereas it is in other banks' apps. That's the only thing I do not appreciate.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, YOU'LL REGRET! Worst bank experience ever... Worst staff, they are very impolite and they made you wait for long time (I've been waiting for 2 hours before writing this)... Even this app, it gives wrong data and it's very misleading!
I click on Login, a dark red screen opens and nothing else. On my second Samsung S8, cannot complete the install which ends always with error..
Application is useless, the poeple maintaining it are Stupidly useless, the Bank is a scam, and Owners of this bank are thiefs . I have to uninstall and then install it everytime I want to check my balance...It is an outstanding achievement of stupidity. Well done
Useless, most of the time does not work, no follow up from the developers, an app that meant to help do the opposite.
Latest updates Stop working in my phone Asking the bank they say you need android 5 why? Why this application need access to my phone call, my camera, my internal storage, my contacts... Even with permission, not working
Never works. I have to delete the app & reinstall it every once in a while and it's always a hastle to register again.
Trash application, lots of issues, can't transfer money, only useful to check balance, considering going to another bank with better service
Each 2 months I have to uninstall and re install cause it stuck at login. Not user friendly, not flexible and very limited.
very very slow app. you must be lucky to access your accounts, otherwise it stalls for 4-5 minutes and nothing happens...
Very slow and unstable app. Sometimes it asks for pin and other times for finger print

What a pile of **** i dont recommend using it its full of bugs and its not well configured and ot takes forever to transfer money with in your own accounts
useless app. Keeps crashing and it takes several attempts to log in.
It is not launching at all it takes such a long time I downloaded it at 3 pm and now its 9:30 pm and still it hasnt done anything
We used to be able to schedule a transfer up to 10 days before the desired date with the old app. This was a necessary flexibility. With the current one we have to do it on the day we want but not ahead of time. If you can fix this it would be good. Thank u. Previous issue solved but lots of orher issues unfortunately... standing orders not being able to be applied, penalties on the delay imposed by a failed system... we hope it will be solved as well
