SGS4 Flasher

I rooted my GT-I9505 (International Variant) with CF-Auto root, then flashed CWM recovery over the Stock one using this app, it was very convenient and worked like a charm. Tested this app by moving back and forth between, PhilZ, CWM, TWRP and Stock recoveries. Everytime it worked flawlessly!

I half-expected it to fail to install anything but with my i9505 I had stock TouchWiz replaced with CM10.1 in under half an hour. Just root the phone with Chainfire's auto root and install this and your good to go and flash CM! Quick and simple. Only qualm I have is that you can't flash recoveries from the external SD card, but that's not such a problem.

It does not work for me on an i9505. It just keeps telling me there's no recovery.img even though it is in the file if I extract it.

When u dont have a access of pc this is the best app to flash with and its safe and easy to follow.....enjoy it guys

Drops in a recovery without any fuss - don't even need to reboot. Have used several times with both TWRP and Philz. Sweet!

After i flash a compatible version of twrp on my s4 i500 which is officially supported....the phone boots into download mode until i manually flash twrp via Odin....annoying

I'm running 4.3 rooted on my 9505. Tried flashing cwm and it says my device is not supported. Used to work now it doesn't

Very nice not to have to use Odin unnecessarily. This works very well. Although I had to restart it one time extra, before it was there. I was a bit scared there.

Please add compatibility with this device. I sent a dump file. I would love to use this app.

thanks a lot for this app i was searching for a non messy way of installing custom recovery and your app did it in seconds i was first skeptical wether it flashed the recovery or not then i checked it and my sgs4 has a custom recovery...pure magic.

Not bad indeed. Lately whenever I'm flashing a touch CWMR the touch doesn't work.

thank you so good smooth and simple and robust and stable app. flashed my recovery CWM 6.0.4.4. so easy and the touch function works in CWM also!!!! one best apps. for my s4 GT-i9505. no need Odin pc no need twrp no need anything I jus used this app to flash install CWM recovery!!! took less than a minute!!! . easily the easiest app. thank.PS. a separate tip I received online, after installed CWM and to check CWM ok and to reboot CWM jus press volume up and power on s4 after ..no need home button for s4.

first CF-Auto-Root and then SGS4 Flasher. Have used it many times and never failed me :) The most easy way to flash recovery.

But I recommend to you guys flashify for root users this it can also flash a recovery image and backup your stock recovery image and kernel image
