Stopped working after last update. Reached out the the developer through the email address provided, and he wouldn't check or even try to fix the app unless I gave up my login info to my camera system to him. No help, just wants to steal login info to view cameras.
Deleted my devices after update. Wasn't able to add cameras again. SOLUTION: I logged out of the app and logged back in and my system showed up and I was able to see my cameras again. 3 stars for causing a migraine.
update on 20 June 2019 deleted all my camera systems (4 NVR sets 3 with 8 cameras each and 1 with 4 cameras) from my phone. now I need to reprogram each 1 them as well as reprogram them on wife's phone. UPDATES SHOULDN'T BE DELETING USER'S SETTINGS OR DATA!!!!!!
saying device already on device and no connection on moto7 as of last downdate. (can't be a update if going down) uninstalled and same. ipad works.
It's not support smart playback as software in DVR, i cant check when camera detected face or crossed the virtual line. Hopefully RnD team will fix it in next update
This app, after the last update, deleted all of my information for my security cameras and I have been unable to re-add the security cameras back to it. Please give us some instructions to work with your new app and I will change my rating. Thank you
Waste of time. Can't view the cameras over WiFi or data. Even the playback isn't working
i use these for business, the bew updated has caused me to lose access to my cameras e en reloading the app and starting from fresh all it says is this device exists with nothing.
It wont load, it keeps saying connect to a channel in advance. It's super slow. I hate this app.
Good app... Pls make it available on Android tv also... So that it can been used on Android tv remotely...

After the new update, all my settings are gone and now can't see any of my cameras!!
i dont like that i can't use my alert or alarm system with this app ón my Android but otherwise is really useful

Playback on an android device doesn't give you the option to playback more than one screen

the app works very well compared to ferrari grade the sound connection is raw sewage grade definitly not harmon kardon quality
Push alarm has stopped on the dvr itself i can't receive event on my mobile

bad update, I've had the app for over a year and have never had any issues until this last update. my device and cameras all got deleted. my profile, saved images, all gone! when I log on the app won't show me the cameras on the first try. and the image is messed up
