A must have app for all employers, foreign employees, agents or anyone who wishes to verify if a work pass / long term pass card issued by MOM is valid. You will need a Singapore mobile number for a one-time registration in order to start using the app.

A work pass / long term pass may be cancelled before it expires as employment / stay status can change over time. When this happens, the pass holder is not allowed to continue working / staying in Singapore. Simply launch the SGWorkPass app to scan the QR code of a work pass / long term pass card and you can verify its validity instantly.
No QR Code? No problem!
If the work pass / long term pass card doesn’t have a QR code, you can verify it using the unique Card Serial Number printed on the card.

The App shows "Loading" for a indefinite time and after sometime it shows "service not available". Please release a fix as soon as possible.
I can not scan pass more than once. Everytime I took a scan, it shows good result but subsequent scan even with the same pass shows error of "Wrong QR Code". The work around I have clean apps storage (reset the apps), re-register, and then I could scan again. This is clearly a bug. Re-register Everytime, I need to do scanning?
What the f###? Before this have the save button to store the work permit scanned, and after update, it's gone. Yes, can take screenshot but it will become a 2 pictures rather than one. Please do not fix what is not broken! Also, in low light condition, no option to turn on flash to assist, please seriously really improve!!
The app works great but I don't understand the value proposition. What would be useful would be useful would be to have a virtual copy of the physical pass in my phone that I could use like the physical card, and an alert when the pass is about to expire. With the current app I will miss the expiry date of my pass if I don't setup an alert somewhere else
I have update the latest version but still have problem. Those with Red "cannot go to work", the right side doesn't show the "more" for me to click in see the details. Whereas those with Green "can go to work", I can see and click on the "more".
I do not understand why 1. the expiry date not printed on the pass. 2. Need an app just to check expiry date. 3. need an app that user will not access often. May I know who will check the wp expiry date everyweek/month? Why need an app if it's not for frequent access? Besides, info shown are repeated on the card itself except the most important info, the expiry date. 4. I do not received the verification sent to my phone and was not able to proceed. Can you fix this? Not an improvement at all!
Used to have no issues with the app however recently I have not been able to scan the QR codes. The app is not reading the code and when there is the 'ding' sound, nothing happens. Tried to key in the FIN number manually but nothing happens too. Please help fix.
The app before update had an option to save the Work pass as an image into the gallery ... But after update it doesn't hav that option anymore... We need to screenshot if we hav to send the softcopy of the pass for some reason. Otherwise the app is good.

Work only once after install. Will say no record found after that. Will have to reinstall and setup each time just to get it working. Get our damn apps in order, they don't work properly on android
I followed the setup to disable camera after first time OTP setup with my mobile phone Pocophone F1 which has had its front and back camera modules physically removed due to work requirements. It still asks for camera permission and crashes. Need to clear cache quite a few times.

Added feature of the QR code on the pass is good for further verification check and security. Why of all thing, remove the expiry date from the pass which is very important for quick verification. Puzzling! I star given for the added feature of QR code. Minus 4 stars for taking away the pass expiry date.
Missing Save button!! This feature was there during the initial launch of the app but it looks like it has been removed. We are not able to take screenshots of the entire screen. Please let us know how to resolve.
Used to have a function to allow to save the whole page. Now, function gone and can only take a snap shot and only capture part of the page. If only something can be done about it.
Hi, able to include additional functionality of loading pictures from gallery into the scan qr code mode? And why is it that I get different results when I use scan qr code, type in FIN and use Web browser? Scan qr code seems to be the one able to get most information. And yes, please add back the save pic function. Tyvm
Good and useful app ! But It didn't work whilst I was in Austria and UK last year and created issues for me to go and find my EP confirmation letter to find the expiry date of EP validity. Expiry should be printed on the card and this app can be used to see if the EP is still valid with or without this expiry
The previous version was supported by my phone. And the latest version stated its need android version 5.0 or above. Should I buy another phone just for scan the QR code? Totally Disappointed me.
After installing and using it for the first time, it works. However later on when I came back to the App to check again, it doesnt. Had to uninstall and then install again, before it works again. Not working properly.
Just updated the latest version. Now can scan but can't save! Old version can scan and save it. Top right corner don't have the save button.
Keep showing No Record. Have to reinstall or clear data to get clearance. Also when trying to key NRIC, the QR and Bar scan will pop up saying it cannot detect... Samsung Note10 plus user.
It's been few months already that I cannot use this app after updating. It became useless. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, thinking that it will work fine again but I've tried many times still error!😩
Small suggestions* Please do adjust the results of the identity in FULL VIEW without scrolling upside down, as it would be easy to print out/file in for work purposes. Thanks in advance
Keeps glitching whenever scanning work pass. Always says service unavailable. Will only be available after deleting and reinstalling. I wish there was a negative star to review because this application is s*it.
It doesn't reflect whether the work pass is granted permission to work on site using this android app, but using iPhone app on the same work pass clearly shows whether the pass was granted permission or not. Today I've tried again and it's working fine. Thanks for the fix.
Why cannot scan I all ready updated after checking cannot scan
Updated version of this App have done away with the save button at the Status page. Screenshot does does cover all info when requested by company to do so. Please restore the save button function Thanks

The scanning quality is terrible. I'm unable to scan any of the passes. When I type in the FIN number, it only shows their vaccination status. Nothing about the validity of the passes. There's no way I can go to every single tenant to ask for their physical pass to scan. It's ridiculous to ask us to check, when the app is unable to perform it's function.
