Not supported any longer. Dealer didn't bother to tell me that before purchasing. That's a terrible way to treat customers Hunter Douglas!

App doesn't work anymore for android users. If you have this app and it suddenly doesn't work anymore you are essentially forced to have to upgrade to power view especially if your warranty is up.

It works and it's good, but not great. Really important feature would be retrieving local dawn and dusk times so users can schedule timing according to that. e.g. open 1 hour after dawn or close 20 minutes before dusk.

It works 10% of the time... the remotes work 100% percent of the time, but cant control all of the shades in a room together accurately. Just an exercise in frustration. Had I known ahead of ordering that the app sucked so badly, I would have ordered something else.

Variations from dusk/dawn/sunset, etc should be much greater than one hour. I need my blinds to shut early evening, as the setting sun is too hot. Then reopen after a few hours. This would be better coded off dusk/dawn/sunset offsets rather than a hard coded time of day. I have two repeaters in my great room, and one in the upper floor loft. There are no walls between the loft located bridge kit which is connected to the wireless router. About 5% of the time, 1 of my 6 shades does not function with the rest.

All functions work well except the timer for the scenes is broken. Will no longer allow you to set any times. Bad news for my client who is often away on business.

For so long it was extremely time consuming to integrate shadings into a user friendly interface. This app makes it user friendly and far less complicated to program motorization for the masses. Well done!

Innovative and ground breaking. Another reason why Hunter Douglas leads the window coverings industry on every platform.

I love this app! It took a while for the folks at H.D. to get this app to the android platform, but it was well worth the wait. I can finally setup scenes, timers and control all my window shades from my tablet and phone. Cheers H.D

Android app shows the shades but doesn't work. iOS app works fine

Pat. G. Mar 24, 2017

I have to open the app at least twice to get it to connect. Sometimes one shade will not execute with the others when a scene runs. And the android version randomly drops days from the schedule if you disable and reenable it for a day or two. I had to buy an iPod touch just to fix that issue, plus the android version does not allow you to create schedules based on sunrise or sunset like the iOS version does. Lastly, I don't know if this is a problem with the app or the hardware, but if you schedule a scene for "sunset" using an iOS device, it runs the scene earlier in the morning. So it appears that Hunter Douglas has no clue about when sunrise is, because mine executes at 10 AM.
