- Continuous playback option in loop

COMPOSERS:
- Brief biography of well-known Carnatic composers (Vaggeyakara)
- Search or Browse composers by name
LESSONS:
- Carnatic lessons for learners. Current lessons include: Sarali, Janta & Datu Swaras, Alankarams, Geetams, Swarajatis, Varnams and other non-carnatic songs with notes. Lessons will be updated on a regular basis.
- Basic Lessons can be played in any of the 72 Melakarta ragas
- Playback options: 5 speed variations, 128 instruments, Pitch adjustment, repeated playback

- Glossary with information about key terminology of Carnatic Music (Ragam, Talam, Sruti, etc.)
- Usage info
SETTINGS:
- Change themes with dark and light variations of different colors to suit your mood and style
- Configure default Sruti/pitch
- Configure default instrument for Lessons
- Enable extended list of Ragas, which includes thousands of Ragas. Please note that it takes a little while to load the long list of Ragas. If you think you are seeing too many not so well-known ragas in your Raga page, disable this option. You can enable it anytime.
- Enable background playback. Sometimes you might want to turn off your screen or switch to another app while practicing lessons. Enable this setting to keep the audio in Shadjam running while you take care of other things.

This app is almost perfect except for a few glitches. The playback button doesn't respond in the lessons tab if you change the tone or raga after you've played once. Then you have to restart the app for the change to take effect. Kinda annoying when using it regularly. If that is fixed I'd gladly give it 5 stars.
The app is very good, but when it comes to the lessons section, it's better to provide the lyrics for the songs. There are only swaras present.
Everything is fine but please update the app when I go to lessons and try to practice saraili won't even play nor with or without headphones this are bit frustrating hoping for positive response and it will be really greatful if replied developers please update the app
A very useful app for all Carnatic learners, performers and Connoisseurs as well. Could fix some app issues and I'll be giving the team another star.
Great lessons- But doesn't play if user changes pitch or tempo for a lesson. App itself needs a lot of revival for andriod users. 4 stars for bringing this novel app to us. thank you!
Excellent tool for students of music. I have shared this app to my grand daughter. Improve it further with raga Alapama phrases. How to start kalpana swaras and how to end is another aspect which you should include.
I know this app is more useful to learn vocal music. I practiced it earlier. It's a wonderful one. Try it if you are interested.

Good but the instrument changing option is not at all working
More useful for the ones new to Carnatic music as well... Gives basic to in-depth ideas
Very nice We are going to singing class and we got to difficult to learn because of this app we got it easy
Installed and uninstalled. The play button in lessons does not work more than once.
Stops while using and won't play again. don't know what's the problem!
I thing its not work properly. Many audios are does'nt work properly. Especially the ply botton

All ragas are included but when I t change the instrument from harmonium to flute it is not changing please update it also the aarohanam and avarohanam of ragams are wrong and the wrong Melakarta has been given to the Ragam Hindolam

a very explained app. suggest to play all posted notes which are not playing.
when we press kannada raaga, sometimes it will go back to main menu

This app is very good. The Tala feature is excellent and the presentation of it is very good! The beats are very clear in the sapta talas. In addition, it is good for practising all the basic lessons. A small improvement required. When transitioning from one screen to another, Play is not working. Thank you so much!
