I love the app but all of my money I earned in hunts just vanished. I had 1.4K and now it says 0.

How on earth do you use sight cos it just keeps on scanning and scanning and nothing comes up, could you guys please tell us what we are meant to do and tell us how it works :-(
The scanner will not activate when I scan what it is telling me to scan..
Everytime I try to use the Site or do any of the hunts or anything it crashes it just shows a black screen and says nothings working please please help I really really wish this would work that's so exciting like being one of the Shadowhunters it be so cool
I cant even scan anything it keeps crashing. I wish you could earn real awards even if it cost a lot of coins. Like a signed book or a figurine or jullery, something.

It just scans and scans and does nothing. I see I'm not the only one but you guys aren't even answering questions or trying to help anyone. Do your job and help us if you want us to use your app!
Like when u go to scan it is just blank and I really want this to work cause I love Shadowhunters
Works perfectly fine as long as you have a computer to scan things.
It doesn't do anything when I try to scan something even when it's the right thing
It just keeps scanning.. don't really know how to use the app.when it says collect coins what are w supposed to do??? Even the tutorial is of no help
I wish it could give me some new hunts if possible.
But I have not found any thing yet so please tell me how to find them on here I love the game and every thing so tell me how to play it

I have read all the cassandra clare books and watched the film and tv show adaptation but this app is kinda a let down 😡
