Shadowmatic

Only a trial version!! This is a new type of challenge for me, relaxing and fun. The textures change with every level/step, which adds to the whole experience. But unfortunately the moment I rated it, it keeps asking me to inlock the full version.

I love this game, the atmosphere or whatever you wanna call it, it's beautiful, I like how the background matches with the shadow you need to solve, everything is just detailed... The shadows and the lightings, I like those type in games... But sometimes I really hate when games don't give you the full access unless you buy it, but maybe I'm not that mad here, since it'll give you all after you bought it, it's cheap and I'll buy it in the future. Overall, it's pretty to look at and enjoyable.

Interesting concept, I can see how someone would get into this. However, I found the minuscule adjustments needed to get the right shape tedious. I saw the intended shapes pretty fast, so in my mind the puzzle is then solved, but then the game requires multiple very small adjustments to make the shape complete, sometimes to just put it at the angle intended by the designer, this I found annoying, tedious and rather irritating. Just not for me.

First 15 levels free then have to pay!! Just letting people know that they are lured in with pretty cool graphics and a well structured and imaginative game only to be told you have to buy the full version after you've completed the first 15, also no price given so I'm guessing it could be absolutely anything, it would of got 5 stars had it not wanted to charge me for the pleasure of continuing. Oh well, I'll uninstall and fisnd something similar I guess.

Love this game. It's so different . You have to manoeuvre pieces- some looking very alien - to find it's shadow shape.Tutorials make it easy to learn to control the piece(s) . I had to go back to redo tutorial as i forgot part of its instructions! I find this very relaxing, even the music. This is the only game I've left the music on. Am telling everyone about it. Thanks for developing it. 😁

Excellent game design! You look forward to revealing the shape of the shadow. The hint system is challenging but not frustrating. :) Soundtrack is beautiful and relaxing while you play. No ads and no nagging from the game help a lot with the immersion! Controls for the "overworld" puzzle are a bit clumsy. I needed a guide to figure out how to pinch the pieces together! Level 8.3 (the last level) is a bit frustrating if you can't figure that out. I always overstep the controls for switching pieces and rotating pieces, so I think that could be a little more intuitive. Overall a great puzzle game and worth the cost!

My initial review, (10 minutes ago), was great, cuz I'd only been playing for 10 minutes. Now that it's been 20 minutes and 15 levels, (most of which were "tutorials", so they were over simplified and only lasted about 30 seconds each), and there's no more FREE levels left. So, I can't go any further than 15 levels, unless I wanna PAY. It's unfortunate, because it was just BARELY starting to get challenging by involving two pieces and I was actually enjoying it, but now I gotta uninstall it.

Great game! Love the graphics, Love controls, Love the concept. Very unique, isn't like every other game out there. Simple yet keeps me entertained and engaged. I'll be purchasing the full version of this for sure! I love these types of little stand alone apps, that come with the whole package: great graphics, controls, and concepts... much like "The Birdcage" app.

Great game. Beautiful and fun, though the time limits for the speed challenges can feel quite punishing if you're the kind of completionist who needs to get all the achievements. Edit: Following up after beating the game. The last few levels are brilliantly done, and are really a perfect end to a fantastic experience.

A really cool and interesting puzzle game. The controls were a little funny to get down as it doesn't really feel like the shapes move the way you want all the time, but eventually everything seems to fall into place. The demo puzzles were surprisingly very easy. Of course, the demo itself was very short. Kind of disappointing as there was no indication that this was only a lite version. But, I'm sure it's a fun game if you're willing to buy the full version.

I found this game as a similar puzzle to Resident Evil 7 and would like to try it. It is challenging and fun, however, It's hard without a goal to show. RE7 shows what shape it needs to be. Your light detection is not helping at some levels. I recommend put an object picture or a word as a target goal for the puzzle. Thank you.

Awfully short demo. It was fun and interesting for the 10 or so minutes I played, but beyond that there's not much else I can do. Paywall's are a no-go, so I suppose it's time to go game searching again. Still, very interesting and fun, I can see it can also be plenty rage-inducing, and if anyone's willing to invest a few dollars, it'd probably be a worthy investment.

Great game. Tutorial is comprehensive and sufficient to help you fully grasp the concepts. The game play is very intuitive and it's an excellent work out for the brain. Gives sufficient levels to inform you prior to making a decision whether or not you would like to purchase the full version. The concept is gripping and the app and it's functionality is exceptionally executed. We'll done on such a great application.

Excellent game! Very polished and smooth, and beautiful music. The issue is the ambiguity of having purchased the game. I've purchased the game multiple times, but it seems I keep getting refunded against my will and the unlock credential gets locked again. I want to give them my money to play this great game, but I can't.

A great idea, but it is extremely fussy about getting it precise. With all lights lit and it often still won't click into finished. I enjoyed the first few levels but now it has just become tedious and I regret paying for it.

Another one of those classic puzzle games that I remember playing long ago. Now I can relive it with even more content than what it initially came with. The only annoying thing is the amount of fiddling you have to do to get the shadows in just the right position.

5 stars without any doubt, the most soothing game I've ever played. The music really keeps you calm while matching the shadow, without this music most of the people would have backed out being frustrated. The only problem is that it's not totally free. Finished it in 41mins and now I'm about to uninstall it.

The beginning levels are fun. The later levels are so challenging but the game offers hints. The game is beautiful in appearance. The background music is mostly good.

Very interesting puzzles, and lovely style. The game gives you plenty of levels for free, and the price for unlocking the full game doesn't seem extortionate.

Great app. Not quite my kind of entertainment but the levels I did play did get me thinking outside the box. Controls are nice and smooth, the gameplay straightforward, but the principle is quite different. If you enjoy these kinds of puzzle games then highly recommend

This game is created with a lot of attention and detailing. It uses the gyroscope sensor even in the menu and you can see the place around the level options, you can even make the level go smaller or bigger, you can also rotate the level cubes. This has so good renders with smooth animation and what not with easy controls and everything.

10/10 I absolutely loved it. Being a student, I'm HELLA broke. All the time. But this was so good I threw money at it. The most amazing thing was the lack of ads. There was no ads, you got to play a few levels before getting the option to pay for the game. A very reasonable price I might add. The graphics are amazing, and the lighting in the game is spectacular.

The difficulty is ludicrously stupid. We shouldn't be required to spend hint credits to get an indication of what we're supposed to be aiming for. This is like doing a crossword but with a vague theme and no word hints, just blank spaces. There is no skill involved, you're just expected to waste minutes of your life on each level randomly trying different things and brute forcing it until you happen to come across the solution through trial and error. As a puzzle veteran, this game disgusts me.

The game is surprisingly fascinating and the scintillating graphics makes to play it more frequently. The puzzles are so good and accurate. Even the first and second hints in each and every level is a kind of puzzle to figure out. Surely this game is a must play game and I love this game so much. Visually and audibly satisfied game, beautiful graphics with fitting and relaxing music. Absolute delight to play and discover all the little secrets and shapes. Highly recommend, and absolutely worth the price for the full game.

I personally downloaded this game for myself about two days ago.Found it among so many other game's to also have a unique way to creatively keep your intrest 😊. Also recommended it to a friend because her son liked some of the games I had in my library. My advice to her as a friend was simply to always look & read the ("about this game") .Every single detail is described perfectly & if she decides to buy the stages she gets 14 game trails for free. Still playing demo but i really like the concept of using abstract 3d objects to create 2d shadows. The music creates a relaxing atmosphere ideal for puzzle solving acuity and the graphic quality is rendered spectacularly pushing my high end device to its full potential. All in all Shadowmatic delivers a great casual puzzle game with a next gen console like feel.
