Only problem I've had is notifications not popping up on the app, only way I knew I had to self report is my probation officer texted me telling me to. It's really easy to use

horrible. i spent 2 weeks jus trying to get past the camera part and still cant get thru... after trying uninstalling the app. hard resets updated phone and network resets. contacting att and lg both thwy can dp anything. should not be this much of a hassel to take a picture. after i have spoken to many people who have been on this app and they never was required to take a picture
I see all of these bad reviews, but me personally find this app very dependable and very easy to use, since day one i have had not a single issue. Thank You Shadow Track for developing an app that lets me live my life and work 6 days a week and report to probation on my lunch break without ever leaving the jobsite.
Very good alternative to psychical house arrest the staff are very friendly and understanding had a few problems here and there but they were there to fix those problems right away. If you are ordered to do house arrest I would strongly suggest asking about shadowtrack app :)
Worked for months but not now. I need to check in today and this app won't install. I've spoke with people at Google, I've emailed the makers of the app. No one will help me. Thanks a lot. Hope I don't go to jail for not checking in.
i cant seem to get past the live picture section.it closes camera when i push touch-screen to take my picture.and also was told by p.o. that you can skip picture opt...but once again i cannot seem to bypass that neither.it tell me then invalid password...im having big time trouble with this app.Only App that ive had trouble with sense having a smart phone and using google play store.
I cannot get the shadow track to download. I go to Google play store hit download and the little circle just spins around and around, Nothing? Help please 🙏 and thank you 😊.. I have straight talk, Android phone!!
If you do what your supposed to do; then all is well. The app is perfect especially when your busy working. Easy to handle and easy to use
There are no instructions on how to enable location services within the app. I know how to do it on my phone but how is it different because it's not working on their end to see my location.
It's not letting g me logg in for me to do probation
It messes up with location tracking the need to update and upgrade the app. Other than that it's good.
This has worked perfectly. Had to reinstall.due to original was deleted. The reinstall was easy.
I had the app it was working fine but then I find out that it got uninstalled and I can't seem to download load it again? Any suggestions why is to happening?
App worked great till mu phone updated. Now I cannot load the program onto my phone. Says it cannot be installed

It keeps locking up. I have never gotten past the voice analysis. It truly sucks

I got a new phone and now it will not do a location on me I've been to Verizon and spoke to my probation officer no one knows what's going on. I will be held responsible without a fix to the immediately
Tried to log in for the 2nd time and it says my account has been disabled? How could that be?

The photo recognition system is broken
It used to let me self report no problem. Every since the update, I can't get passed the voice verification process. I'm Adair of getting in trouble. Is there a way to fix this???
