I used to love this app but suddenly it stopped sending out emails. I can create contracts but when I send them to clients for their signature, they never get delivered. The app hasn't been updated since 2017, I think the developer abandoned it.
The forms/docs at the national retail office supply store wanted over $50 for the EXACT same forms/docs for FREE with this app. It was a no brainer for me to choose the app version. As a result, I signed up for the membership immediately thereafter. A BIG THANKS to Legalshield for this free app!!
This app save any signed form and I cann't clear . Even if you try to reinstall or clear the app data or change your account . That is really strange and uncomfortable.
Need some help The app only gets to the point where the orange circe spins before I can pick the state. I get the notification "http 503 service unavailable" How do I fix this or can you fix this. I really need my documents. This is holding up my business. Pl see get back to me.
Servers need to be updated ASAP!!! Tried to send a photography release to a client and "HTTP 500" keeps popping up and not sending my photo releases. I am a PAYING Legal Shield Member and have expectations that the services I pay for will work.
I can't even create a log in nor get it to set up an account and we have a legalshield membership. The app is unless if you can't get into it.
Worked great in the past. Now it says it's sending the forms for signature, but it doesn't actually send them. I've tried it many times. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It's not working at all.
This app is so slow that it is effectively broken. I can no longer access an important document. update - 2 months later - still doesnt work
Works good but the buyers signature is placed on a second page with nothing else. Defeats the purpose of a contract if it's not tied to the original document agreement.
I love what this app provides you with. I had no idea I would be able to find the perfect template for a bill of sale in my specific state!
The app will not load. Works intermittently, but most of the time will display a message saying service not available.
Loads 1 out of 5 times opened. Have yet to get it to complete a form. It always errors instead of sending the form for signature. COMPLETE GARBAGE!
4 star because honestly it's a great app; however I would love to see partnership agreement forms and silent partner forms added for 5 star as they were my Hope's in downloading and the only forms not listed.
Best to call the Lawfirm for documents needed. App crashed several times and my esignature looks nothing like my actual signature...not even close.
The app doesn't work. Loads for a while them says the service is unavailable. Judging by the reviews it has been broken for a while.
This is a great app for forms. Direct and indirecting. Great, can /do improv and posting forms and symbols.
Was working, now not. Something about a JSON error. Tried uninstall and reinstall.
Thanks to Legal shield the took app down without any warning all my contracts cannot be sent or opened and they are still charging my account

I have been using this app for 2 years now, its very useful for my business and my favorite template is create your own template.
Does. Not. Work. I cannot even get past the Create Account screen 😒 Waste of time. I spent an hour patiently waiting. Trash app.
How do I cancel this account? The app doesn't allow me to access member materials, even though I am a member already. Email feature in app doesn't work. Linking to member account is a basic function.
It was a really good app, but it wouldnt let me email the document a potential employee for signing.
Worked for me, lawyer reviewed contract on several occasions gave me more advice and I got commitment with several clients. Then shared the info on how I the contracts done so fast, I shared the link now there using it as well.
My login doesn't work. It is the exact same info I used to access the main app

I like the simplicity. Plus I have used on one of my daughter's as a contract.
I've been using this app for years it is one of the greatest apps for contracts sometimes I do have issues with it and it's very frustrating it doesn't happen often but when it does it happens at the worst time. But I always send an email to the web developer and within an hour it's usually back up and running perfectly fine. I gave this five stars because they do respond to your email and they do try to keep this app up and running.
