Downloaded and tried this app today... The app is user-friendly, easy to navigate. When clicking buttons or links, it takes a little while to load (slightly slow despite of high wifi signal) but the pizza idea as the loading logo is so nice! My delivery took almost an hour but it was fast for me considering it's lunch time when I ordered and our location is a little bit far. Had a great experience. No hassle in ordering. No phone call but there's an email for confirmation. Thanks!

I love the convenience this app brings when you have to order online especially right now that our landline telephone is broken but I just really hope there would be a cancel feature because it says in the terms and conditions that you have to call the landline to cancel, what if there's no way to do so? We had no choice but to just go with the order even tho we wanted to make some changes with it. I would appreciate if you can think about this. Alsooo, less lagging please. Thank you, Shakey's!

As of today's update (June 3, 2020), I can confirm that the bugs previously exprienced are no more, and I can submit orders seamlessly through the app. Thank you, Shakey's! 》》Never completed an order via app despite having a stable internet connection and updated version of the app. Always getting this error: Unable to proceed with order submission. The remote server returned an error. And yet I have been able to successfully order via the online portal every, single, time.

Menu displayed at the start of the app keeps loading. When product is discounted, it already displays the discounted amount. This is problematic if you are not familiar with their pricing, you will think that the discount is not applying in the total. This can also be deceiving. Order tracking does nothing. 1 hour after I ordered and still order tracking does not indicate the status of my order. I have to call the delivery hotline twice just to confirm the discount application and the tracking.

It works but most of the time it does not. The user experience is very very bad as the processes and screens to order can be confusing and frustrating even for those who are expert app users. Been trying to order today for half an hour but it the app kept saying there was a product missing so the order couldn't be completed. I tried several combinations of products but none worked. Whoever developed this app should be replaced and the app re-developed from scratch. UI/UX should improved ASAP.

The app works although there are quirks that need to be improved. The app navigation is sloppy, The app looks like its patterned to a Online Banking App. I have recently ordered through this app for the first time and I can say that if you are not used to navigating the settings you'll be left out on some of the options like Senior discount , Notes, Change for? options. They are not easily seen by the consumer unless you pick apart the "edit" list. Anyway please make it more simple for the would be customers of your establishment. It makes things complicated to search for desired options to have discounts and comments. The Tracking feature also does not move Facepalm*

Used my debit card as a mode of payment, once it was done loading it gave me an error that it couldn't continue the process and then brought me back to my cart. I then inquired my balance and well to my disappointmen i already got deducted 2 times. To add to that, the app NEVER gave me any transaction number (because in the first place my order didn't get through but my money did!!!) that I could have been able to provide to the agents so that they can help me out. Never using this app again.

Completely useless for me as I can't order at all. I've tried to order from the previous version of the app and the updated one and it's always prompting me to "Fill in the required information in Delivery Information" even though I've already selected and address and that it had pre-populated most of the fields. Clicking on save does nothing for that screen too, no back button and the phone back button doesn't do anything.

I used your app to order (buy 1 get 1) and paid with my debit card. My OTP worked but then it showed an error. Unfortunately I didn't get a screenshot. I thought that the transaction did not go through. I tried it again and the same error came up.So I uninstalled the app and ordered through the website.None of the failed transactions were recorded on the transaction page of my account. Today I checked my bank account and to my surprise I was charged 764pesos twice for the 2 failed transactions!

When updating account information, it won't save. "Request timed out. Please check internet conne tion and try again" even if I have internet access. Please fix this bug. How did this pass from QA? Needs improvement on the UI, make it more intuitive. For example, where to click on to avail the buy 1 take 1 promo using the supercard, etc. Nice to have: change the preloader.

1. App is slow 2. Items added in favorite are always not saved. You have to check everytime redo it. 3. Items added in favorite are not conpletely added to the cart. You have to add it one a time. 4. Delivery address doesnt have maps to pin your location. 5. They dont have contact numbers of the branch where you can follow up your other 6. Orders are sent to branches that are too far from your delivery address. My order came 2++ hours late today.

i really like this app!!! everything went super smooth when i ordered and the way everything was placed was very convenient. i like how it's easy to see where the menu is and their prices and the Order for Others bit was pretty neat addition to the app. using this app is very user friendly because everything that can make it easier for the customer is already there. the design was cute too and straight forward. I LOVE THAT THE LOADING ICON IS A PIZZAAAA!!!!!! GOOD APP OVERALL ☆☆☆☆☆

Nope. Installing and trying to order was a waste of time. The app is slow and ordering system sucks. The user experience should be improved too. It's annoying to be asked for the delivery address when you're just adding an item to the cart which never proceeds due to the incorrect validation.

The app is very buggy. It won't allow you to enter information on the fields required. You'd have to click it many times for it to work sometimes. And after you've spent about 15 mins trying to fill out the fields (because the it won't accept the text being entered) the submit button doesn't work. Please check your software.

Takes so much time to load. And as soon as I add one item to my cart, it goes directly to delivery details, which gives me no option to add another item. Then I thought of a workaround to add first the items to 'Favorites' and then 'Add All to Cart'. And then it says items are added to Cart. But Cart is empty! So annoying. Ended up not ordering since hotline is also busy. Too bad, as we were really craving for our favorite pizza.

I ordered a buy 1 take 1 party pizza and other items. But when i got the confirmation email, it suddenly doubled my buy 1 take one order. I ended up calling the hotline to fix it. Defeats the purpose of using an app. I checked the app again and it still showed the correct order. Im guessing the app has a glitch that should be fixed.

Asking to bring change is such an inconvenience! Even if you edit and save the payment details to bring change, when you tap on continue to review the order, it always shows the exact amount part as Yes. So the delivery rider did not bring any change with him and we had look for coins so we can pay the rider accordingly. Please have this fixed.

No way to update Supercard information. It saved my old one and when it expired, it keeps saying no Supercard saved, even when I used my new one. Also annoying that it needs to check local data everytime it's launched. Makes app very slow to launch.

Easy selection of food choices and easy payment process (tried it with credit card). But I cannot save my supercard in the Account Info. There is no option to add the card. Also, the order tracking does not work.

App issue. App wants to update even if it is a fresh install. Tried thrice, uninstalled then reinstalled, once you run the app you get the same issue. Phone is a Samsung A7 2018, Android v. 10. Update: Can no longer recreate issue. After third reinstall, app worked properly. Thanks for the quick response.

Terrible app. It's so slow. Update: After several months, it's still so slow. Now, I'm getting a location error before I can make it work. Then once it finally works and I place an order, the tracker doesn't work.

Placed order through the app with no problem. However, delivery got delayed. An hour from order placement had passed with no update so I had to do follow-up call to the hotline for it to push through. I think the order was not passed on to the branch correctly. Waited another 40 minutes for the order to arrive. Not reliable.

The March (Feb?) 2020 update is harder to use. It keeps on glitching when I try to place order details and won't let me add things to cart. After 15min of trying, it finally pushed through, but it doubled my order without reflecting it on the order tracker; the branch didn't verify my order before preparing the food, so now I have to receive and pay for twice what I ordered. Please fix this soon! The older version worked splendidly!

I can't use the app, it crashes. .After logging in, I tap and choose a category and just stops working. Prompt message says "Shakey's stopped working" Please let me know as soon as you manage to fix this issue. It used to be a 5 star app until this update. I will rate this app 1 star for now. Problem with the app. After picking "order now" and it redirects to the next page, where we're supposed to pick whether it's hand tossed or thin crust and so on, it will just be stuck there, meaning it won't let me scroll it up or down, hence order can't proceed.

I was assuming my account details would be carried over to the new app when I logged in through my social media: now I lost my super card status and can't enter it in because I lost the physical card. Also, the app keeps canceling my transactions. Frustrating.

Absolute garbage. I used one time perfectly now, for 3 days in a row. the login will not continue, password reset is unable to send the email an error comes up that says contact site administrator if problem persist. They wont answer the phone at shakeys. The option to log in with facebook is gone.

Just disappointing. How many times have I tried ordering in the app and it still doesn't complete the order let alone get passed through the ordering process. Same with the website. 2021 and still nothing. Shakeys is a great establishment, it's just the app that's not doing enough.

Useless app. I cannot use it. After supplying needed information during checkout it still not push thru. There's a message Missing item. I repeat it several time but in the supposed end pricess the message keeps popping up and tellung that there's a missing item. I already rate this app yesterday but I think my rating was removed.
