So cluttered screen. Focus on yr product. Much prefer the version before tis.
Useless app. The check in only mean u confirmed a room, still have to check in at the lobby. Cannot book any facilities on the app as well.
Excellent. Used to be my second 🏡 home for over 10 yrs. Since 2019-20 they don't send Room Desk Calendars anymore. Maybe am old now,so they must be thinking that I may not visit. Old customers shouldn't be forgotten.
The membership and password has to be manual input (and can't paste), which make hard to use it when I'm using a strong password. That's why I have no choice to use the traditional webpage but not the app
who set the system when login membership also have to match the photo in intelligent vertification, waste most of them time and not easy to reach. actually have to use how many second to login the apps in golden circle ? so annoying when become diamond members, PLS IMPROVE !!!!
Stopped working and cant login anymore
Unable to reset password - keyed in email address and surname, then jigsaw puzzle but still won't login. Annoying!

Shangrila has Internatinal reputation as one of the Top 5 stars hotel globally. The staff are hand picked and well trained; from the door man to Top management. The K family must be proud of this achievement, especially Robert's cousin, who helmed the hotels chain, But passed away few years ago. BEST WISHES for SHANGS. Reset password does not work....App does not send messages to email. A real shame for a luxury hotel group!
updated the app and now can't log in. try to change password then says surname and telephone number incorrect. so it's useless now. deleting the app
Ok but missing features, It is impossible to see expiration date of my points.
Can't see where to change the displayed currency. I'm in Australia and it keeps showing prices in UK pounds

Exceptional. Yet my points are not added for stay for 2Nights 2 Rooms from 24Dec to 26th Dec.

The app doesn't list China as a country! I am currently staying in one in Haikou. Are Shangri las in China not real? Am I hallucinating ?
My first time wanting to sign up and it says my name "must be in English". Well too bad I'm not a typical John Smith or Tony Stark. There are names in other languages too. Fix your form.

Email Verification got 60 seconds to get to your email account and back onto their page to enter code. Just not happening at the moment epecially with the lag for the email to come through --- If there is another way please let me know.
