I decided to launch Shape Up because ever since Love Island, the most common question that I am asked is ‘How do you stay in shape, Gabby?’ Well, here’s how.
I’m a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor and professionally-trained dancer - so I have always been into health and fitness and worked in an industry where it was important to try feel and look your best!
During my years of training, I have become very fond of endurance training so I incorporated it most of my work outs. I believe it gains great results, training your muscles in a completely different way, under resistance and time under tension! This app focuses on sculpting and shaping your body rather than just weight loss.
Most exercises last just FIVE minutes – easy! By doing this three times a week, you will start to see results in no time.

Would not download- was really looking forward to going back to using this as I had it on my previous phone and loved it. Was a bit put out that I would need to purchase again on new device but thought it well worth the money in the end, obviously it was not meant to be which is a terrible shame!
I paid for this app a year or so ago. I loved it, and was using it a lot. But I recently got a new phone and the contents won't download. It's such a shame because I really enjoyed using it before. Definitely helped me get into working out more so I'm really disappointed now.
Was looking forward to doing this ... bought the app ..... disappointingly no downloading available.. just a blank screen .

Thank you soo much for this app Gabby. Am so glad I can work out at home and not worry about the cost of gym membership. Oh and also I dont have to worry about childcare just to go to my local gym. I love that the app is so easy to use especially for someone who is not very good with technology. I can't wait to shape up and get back to my pre-baby body. Love love love this app.
The workouts are really good but you can't maximise the screen so they're so small that you can't follow them at the same time as doing them. What would really improve this app would be if you could either make the videos bigger or if the app supported casting so I could watch the videos on my tv while i work out. Also there is not a great deal of instruction on exactly how you should be positioning your neck or feet etc, other videos I have used for example will specifically tell you how to position yourself while doing a squat or press up to maximise results and ensure you don't pull anything, but its a bit vague on here. Also could do with some music in the background.
Amazing app by Gabby! I love home workouts but find some apps/videos to be really cheesy. Shape up isn't cheesy at all, just the amazing Gabby Allen doing her thing! The exercises are easy to follow but challenging My butt and abs are hurting after trying the app this afternoom. I usually do insanity but will be using Gabbys app more now! Thank you Gabby :)
This is absolutely amazing. I really wanted to get back into working out and Gabby is an absolute inspiration so using her training techniques to achieve weight loss will be great. Thank you so much I'm already enjoying working out!
It's good to do a few general exercises however due to the layout I can't open the 'legs' tab as it's overlapped by the back button so I just keep getting the home screen everytime I try to access it. Other than that it's quite a good, enjoyable basic fitness app.
Absolutely love this app. I find myself working muscles I never knew I had.
This app is not downloading any of the content, please can you tell me how to rectify this or issue a refund as it does not work!
I'm so glad I downloaded this app! I'm quite into my fitness and as I can be away for work for periods of time, using this app will be the best way for me to keep fit. I couldn't recommend this app enough!

Amazing app! Easy to use and hard exercises!
I used to use this all the time and loved it. I had a little break, and now everytime I've used it in the last couple of months it won't let me create a custom workout. Not impressed as I paid for this app. Will be uninstalling if this issue doesn't get fixed...
