applied my gift voucher and it was accepted. After completing all details and made payment it say voucher cannot be redeem and my order has been cancelled. this is the 2nd time that this issue has occurred.

I sent my one plus device for warranty services, it was ready in 27/04/22 and it done by their vendor. Since 27/04/22 to continues three days I called sharaf DG customer service and informed them please arrange the delivery or give me the permission to pick up from the vendor ...but they didn't take any positive response until today and asking three more days for delivery.almost 7 Days finished now ... very bad after market services.

good app, but still need lot of improvement for example wishing list option, filter must be more diverse regarding to size, offers, specific item. one is very annoying thing I found in this short selection of filter that within filter if you will select item detail and after this you press back your whole filter selected preference will be remove and again you will be start from beginning...

It has a good collection of electronic items. But I had the worst online shopping experience. I purchased window AC from sharafdg. It was a worst experience. The delivery and service was very poor. They don't replace items so easily. It's like shop at your own risk.

Very poor service from the so called "EXPERTS". I have emailed them over 5 times and there has been no response. When you try to contact them through online chat, it says that they'll response under 2 minutes but it takes them ages or in most cases, you don't get a reply. I had queries regarding the defective product they sent me, so i even tried to call them, but after call them over 10 times, someone picked up, but it was of no help as the Experts didn't even know about it. VERY disappointed:/

Very bad experience, they put a promo on a product just 2 days after I placed my order, then they ignored all my emails asking for the promo gift, once I couldn't do anything about the item I bought, they replied to me that I can't calim the offer...what!!! I could have canceled my order and placed it again with the promo, this is known in the whole world.. lack of experience lack of customer care. Bad experience overall. I am a regular customer but unfortunately they don't know how to retain.

poor service. the shop is full of products that are not in stock. they fail to remove it and customer ends up paying for that product and then they blame it on the customer changing their kind instead of blaming the supplier for not updating it to the current products. very dissapointed. the refund process as explained by their agent is about 14 days long. so if you end up buying a high range product your money is stuck with them for a whole 2 weeks period. horrible

This app really needs more development. It's laggy at many times and stops loading at some point. That's the reason I haven't bought a single item yet, I'm scared it might cause any problems upon purchasing. I've tried other apps and it's really seamless and smooth browsing through other items. They should also aim the seamless way like other online shopping app stores.

I am very Disappointed and Scared, I order a Laptop after confirming that it is available in their Warehouse, still 4 day processing(without any update from them what is happening), "Processing" what kind of processing is that, i call so many times still not sure when they can deliver, staff have different and inconsistent answer., So I cancelled. But even Cancelling order its taking time, the answer is Still on process again, they are not sure when cancellation to be confirmed. Bad experience.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a 50inch TV few days back which was supposed to be delivered on 17th. I changed my duty shifts twice due to the delay in delivery. They didn't even give me heads up about the delay. Totally pathetic experience with customer service as well as they are asking me to wait. Never purchasing from this site again. Absolutely pathetic.

Guys they are a decent company for buying at the store but do not trust them for online purchases. I placed an order for PS4 Pro last saturday and it has been processing for 4 business days without any change. It is just a box. I dont understand what exactly are they processing. I bought it to give as a gift and the birthday is tomorrow evening but no update from them. Infact when you call them they don't connect to the online team as well. Avoid purchasing online as they are still way behind.

Very poor service and customer care they don't even follow up with the customers in regards to the orders. My purchase was done on June. I haven't receive it till 12 of July then I cancelled the order on 12 of July because the delivery guy didn't even wait for me to come down and pick the item and he left immediately. Now I cancelled the order. Made the complaint. Nothing happened in regards my complaint. And I am still waiting for the refund and I don't see anyone following up .

I am going through a very bad experience, after placing order online where time line of estimated delivery is mentioned the timeline is increased after every few days. I don't recommend dealing with Sharaf Dj.. From my experience they accepted my order 2.5ton AC after 5 hours from paying and placing the order. Then upon checking status after 3 days.. they informed that it is out of stock. Totally Unprofessional service.

Worst experience ever. I understand that due to the covid-19 that things will be running slower. However, I made an order over a week ago and my order was still in process, I called to find out why it was not shipped yet and was told that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, though it was in stock when I placed the order, fine, however, no one called me to let me know, I have asked to cancel my order, however, after two days, my order is still being processed and no refund!

Horrible delivery service. No proper updates. Not user friendly interms of app and web page. Very unhappy. I purchased an induction from their site and it has almost been a week and no update on the delivery data. I have been getting delivery from Ikea and carrefour on time; much better compared to sharaf DG's poor service.

It is the worst app ever, i order 6 items and i recieve 2 out of 6 but the app shows all 6 items delivered. This app is rubbish and majority of items will show available stock but when you order and pay for it, they will tell you out of stock. This is so they refund you and you go order again and pay twice delivery charges. Plus, sharaf DG has the worst complaint handling team. I wish if someone from their managment has the guts to call me.

Not Trustable. My experience is very bad as this Alzahia branch new staff appointed No training or problem solving skills. I went to repair mobile at first sight staff told you dont have warranty. After submitting mobile and receipt also telling me no warranty even i purchase was less than 8 months. After 1 hour they struggle to find that my device is under warranty but they ask me to pay for if any issue related to hardware. I have document shows that extended warranty excess claim is NIL

ordered a water dispenser & it's over a week now & still not delivered. Nobody tried contacting me regarding the delay. They kept me hanging not knowing what's going on. this is the very first time I ordered from them & I still have quite a few more to order as planned but after this experience... No Way! there's other store who has better customer service. I was confident I'll be happy of my purchase because it's a known company but sad to say I was wrong. Such a disappointment! Ordered mobile phone and paid the full amount.Item not delivered and when we try to contact customer service it is getting 30 min of holding the line, but they are just telling reasons and registering complaints. But no use and no one cares.Very bad service.I dont recoment this to my friends. Better not to buy any products from this.
