It would be great if I could get the game to even load, on the loading bar it just keeps saying waiting for a transfer and searching for new version. PLEASE someone fix this!!!
Do not purchase anything from R2. On my old account, I was VIP 7. I have waited over 2 weeks about transfering it to my new account (their policy says they can transfer). The will ignore you and not reply back. I have emailed them and used their support forum. It is a great game, however, customer service do not care about you.
i gotta say i loved the game, its a bit balanced with the campaign, summons, catacombs and others or it's just my luck the problem with the game is the other stuff like honor battles and hot events i don't know why i gotta survive and kill people on the abyss ang getting shards for 10 fragments for a certain hero, spending 80 or a thousand gems for 10 or 1 spin and just for a tiny bundle of loot and 1 fragment for 2 new heroes in the game i totally can replace a better hero with 87.23 of being better so you just wasted your money cuz you have to buy for gems and the other way of getting gems are spending your time facing monsters from the campaign till all the levels are 3 stars then activate whole zodiac for extra gems, and for renewing, why do you even need gems? the more the powerful it is the more it needs and of course the summon why spend 1000 or 2000 gems for absolutly terrible heroes, now i hope you fix this and peace out
The developers do NOT care at all about the players. I advise to not spend any money because the game is full of glitches created by the devs and it breaks characters and things you buy. Do NOT spend any money. If you try to contact them, they won't respond other than saying "we've sent this to the devs" and you'll never hear anything else.
game is shutting down on june 25th, 2019, honestly r2games needs to continue the game, alot of people including me have invested alot into this game, and would rather see it continue.
I use to play it, but now that im coming back into it the game wont even load. Never had this problem when it was at early stages, please fix.
CAN YOU SAY CLASS ACTION LEGAL ACTION. Do not spend ant money on any apps from this company, after dropping a significant amount of money on in game purchases they announced they are closing the app with less than 1 month notice. Money wasted.
I have been playing this literally when it was released so I have the pas experienced on what is happening, I wanted to give this game a shot again but this time, I will be using money to buy stuff.

Rip off.. Had wukong maxed out but after a update I lost everything and support refused to fix the problem
use to love to play this game then one day i get locked out of my gmail and my google play games along with that and then just the run around fromnthe dev for months i lost over a thousand $$$ on all the google play cards i bought to play this game idk why i didnt get my account back indid one rime before but got screwed this time

Everyone needs to chill sure it dosen work but stop complaining since it wouldn't help the devs probably is having tuff times in real life or even died or just lost there account I doubt the game will get better but please just don't complain they're gonna work on it

I played this game years ago and loved it, but now I can't even load into the game.
game is garbage. developer no longer cares to offer updates, fixes or new content. their last update made about a third of my graphics for backgrounds and hero's not fill in. it's like I live in a shadow world. I've played like this for over a year because they used to promise me they had a fix coming for it. now it's hard to just quit because of the time and money I've invested
