App was working fine. I changed my notification preferences, and it booted me out! Then it wouldn't recognize my password. I reset my password. It still wouldn't let me in. I have installed and uninstalled the app several times. It won't progress beyond the first screen.
Its ok but lacks basic features. It would be great to be able to cancel or change rides the same day if your decide not to ride or move locations. This has caused people to miss rides or wait on people that never show. A company called chariot had such options over 2 years ago. So it isnt reinventing the wheel.
this app is not user friendly. i cant put in my work address for drop off, only an address thats far away. i book the job 24 hrs ahead of time with a pick up time, but the app still says I need to select a time. i cant even schedule the ride for when i get off work, only hours before or after. this is the most frustrated ive been just trying to get to work
No good real time notifications and navigation is bad ( routed wrong way ). Devs need to work with drivers to improve quality of service and tech needs fixed in Van ( no wifi and driver holding an iPad to navigate due to mount being broke )
App crashes repeatedly when trying to register or sign in. Edit: this issue has been resolved and app is working great
Can't login, everytime I set the password the app crashes.
Saves so much money since I'm not paying for gas or parking!
I like the concept of the app, but the app fails in many ways with scheduling. You can only schedule or modify a ride 18 hours before the scheduled ride. You also can't cancel a ride while the driver is en route. I have used other apps with other shuttle companies, and they were flexible to adds/change/cancel up until the minute the shuttle was to leave. I've pointed this out many times via their chat, but nothing has changed. People must be flexible based on work and family needs, so it's important to get these items mentioned changed.
