I keep getting an error message. I can't use the app properly. Tried some basic troubleshooting steps, but still same scenario. Not a good experience for a first time user. Hoping to have this fix immediately to maximize the service and experience. Thanks.

Terrible. It doesn't load. It just keep on loading and then suddenly it'll tell you that it needs to reload but whenever I reload it just keep on doing the same thing over and over again. Would you please fix it so we can use it more nicely by then maybe I'll consider giving you a five star

This is one of the most badly maintained service/app I've seen. They rarely even have products to sell. You'd have to wait for like 2 months before they can restock anything but they are only able to offer a very few amount of coupons. I don't know if its just that I expected too much or if its because they really just cant live up to the expectation.

I really love this app. It's practical and Super easy to use and fast transaction. A personal favourite features is that you can buy a voucher with cheapest price it's good parents like me that they want to treat their kids even if you don't have enough money. Sharetreats? Well, this app is really a big time thing. I got to buy a lot of stuffs cashless. Transactions are very smooth and the features of this app is self explanatory. It's really a good thing that this app accepts a load payment where it accentuates how flexible and well organized the feature before the release of the latter.

I first learned about SHARE TREATS from some online shopping platforms a few years back then I decided to install this application. Edit: I can now access again my account. Thank you for repying to me Share Treats. Previous: I can't get my cliqq coupon. It always says "subscriber already subscribed" it already happened to me more than twice. I did not have problems before but since november, it started appearing. I used another number, but it just keeps loading.

With regards to share treats app, i find it very useful and endearing in the sense that i can get good deals in a fair amount. Good to know that the app accepts load payments as well aside from the online e wallets used. Great customer service din coz there was a time when I entered a wrong mobile number and they still sent me the code after I gave an ss of the faulty transaction. 👍👍

Slow app, my purchase is not coming thru for whatever reason, always gets an error of "failed to process you order! Please try refreshing the page or contact the support email" App super frustrating to use, worst experience ever

This application is unworthy of a single star. This app has caused me to lose money three times now. I attempted to contact customer service, but they simply responded to my complaints without taking any steps to refund my money. This is the worst app I've ever put on my phone! This application should not be used. The fact that this app was overpriced was the biggest disappointment for me.

My now favorite go-to app! Sharetreats offers me a lot of option to shop online whether it be for my grocery list, or I'm just craving a snack. This app is a relief for someone who wants to avoid crowd, but still wants to enjoy purchasing necessities.

Well, I sent an email last Sept cause I'm having an issue not receiving code via text and got a reply that they were working on it. The last follow up was on Nov but up until now, they haven't resolved the issue! Very disappointed 😪

very frustrating. i tried to purchased a treat, but always failed to process your order check the number....but my number is correct. tried to uninstall the app and reinstall but still the same error. waste of time😡
