Not working and the online site won't allow me to continue without the app. Very frustrating!
Easy to use. Love being able to connect to the office anytime.
Unable to log in with administrator credentials (or any other credentials) that I successfully use on the Web site: App responds, "To use ShareConnect, please contact your Administrator." I have already configured the account to allow ShareConnect to be used.
Easy to use, easy to configure...
With an active desktop connection, the cpu usage is far too much, causing device overheating and quick battery depletion. This needs to be optimized.

Brilliantly useful!!
When the login works, it's fine. However, the app no longer works on Chromebook or Android. The workarounds from tech support don't work on Chromebook or Android. Why would you have an app for remote access that utterly fails in that mission? I'm currently looking for alternatives, hope you can get it fixed before I find a suitable replacement.
