How Shared Works:
- Open the Shared app and find a Shared Zoomer nearby on the map.
- Unlock a Zoomer by scanning it's QR code or entering it's ID.
- Take a fast, safe & exhilarating ride to your destination.
- Once you're done, park the Shared Zoomer out of the way from foot traffic and end your ride.

Shared is by far my favorite scooter service. The app feels lightweight, not laggy and broken like some of the other ones. The scooters are fast, and feel safer than others because they're low to the ground, and the fat tires make going over streetcar rails less of an issue. When I ride these, I don't feel like I'm impeding traffic like I do on the slower scooters. I only wish there were more available in my city.
love it! I saw one of their scooters while walking to work & was intrigued. googled them & found out it's inexpensive & goes up to 20mph!! very excited. didn't have time to ride it that morning bur took it out fir a spin at lunch. SOOO FUN!! Goes crazy fast. good brakes. my horn didn't work but wasn't a big dealcz , since I didn't have a helmet so I mostly stuck to parking lots. very comfortable seat. app was easy tpo use. scooter seemed sturdy. really hope they expand!!
I loved riding the shared scooters, way more fun than the stand up kind and I felt much safer riding them than the others. Three stars because now I can't find one anywhere in town, one day they were all over and the next nothing. Very dissapointing.
Easy to get setup and ride. The ride is lots of fun, the broad tires allow for good lean so it's very maneuverable! Have fun!
App is slow at loading so I'm being charged for time I'm not using and slows after I attempt to end ride so I'm charged two minutes more than I should but overall I like the ride comfortable and feels like a motorcycle almost with more fun to it love the tires, I want to own one of my own but nice I like it
inoperable. ive panned around the entire country and am not shown any vehicles. website also fails to list cities the service operates. whats the point of the app if it doesnt work?
These scooters are a very fun way to get around town. They move fast up hills with my 230# on it. Be safe, look beforecmergongvand keep in mind they are not as agile as their competitors so ride safe and wear a helmet!
Had a little trouble entering the credit card information but second time was a charm. At least had no trouble ending the ride as I have with other apps
Honestly, this is the best rental scooter that I've ever used, forget about lime or those others if you're in Portland this is the scooter you'd wanna go with. I wish there were more but when you can find one, you're definitely going to get where you need to go and fast!
This is by far the best electric scooter experience I've had it was so much fun and so easy to ride and I felt much safer and in control then I did with the other scooters definitely worth the extra money to rent share
Yesterday I had a really hard time finding a working scooter. But today I found one right away and had a really good time exploring Portland.

Easy to use find a ride and as long as you're not blocking anything he pretty much park anywhere
After being charged foreign transaction fees for a 2 minute test ride with Shared, (in the US) I bought 17 ball bearings and a sheet of plywood, since it's easier and cheaper than fighting with this company.
Keeps asking me to rate the app after every ride. Love the scooters and service itself but if you buy me EVERYTIME I try and ride you get a one star review
App is way too vague. You have to contact them for everything. The app doesnt explain nothing.
Uninstalled. Currently unavailable in Texas. If you do manage to have scooters here, then I'll give a proper review.

Quick and simple app and had me riding in no time
I tried one of their big scooter bike things. It makes WAY more sense then those flimsy and dangerous little Lime things. They feel really good to ride and are actually significantly more fun. I find it relaxing, unlike those little Lime scooters you have to stand on. The only issue I have is doing the usual not-so-much-a-car dance with a vehicle so bulky, but that's workable.
