Sharekhan: Share Market App for Sensex,NSE,BSE,MCX

I have created trend lines in the app on old phone. But those trend lines are not available on another phone. Can user data be stored on the server instead of the device. Is there a way I can transfer the trend lines from one phone to another (export / import or copy files). Your app stops updating DOW and S&P 500 data at 12 am IST. The markt data closes at 1:30 or 2:30 am. This data is not updated till next day when US market starts. This used to work properly earlier.

Dear developer, Requesting to you to please make separate columns for LTP (premium) and OI in option chain. It will help to analyse option chain faster and easier. Now they both are in same column.

Very clumsy. Not at all user friendly. Portfolio report for all segments not enabled in app.only equity and mf can be seen. Old reports can not see in app. No customer complaint lodging option in app. Ledger books not updated immediately on next day. Will take 2 to 3 days. Over all very poor performance and maintainence comparing with others. I dont have option to give zero rating.other wise i will choosev zero for this app.

Most of the times it does have technical issues. It displays that msg frequently. Sometimes Portfolio page shows 'no data'. Also, many times it happens that on future chart 5 min time frame doesn't open at all in live market.

It's one of the best applications in demat segment. The GUI is plain and simple. The menu is complete with all the details required to navigate during trading. Aggregate position and days position, booked profit/loss, unrealised profit/loss is all shown easily even total profit/loss, 52 week high or low.. So my 5 satrs for the application.

Live data synchronization very poor....most of the time while viewing portfolio, it displays "no data". After 10/06/21 also there is no improvement. Most of the time error in loading portfolio. If portfolio will not load how will a person know the status and do any transaction. Latest update done on 25.03.22...and now the app login happening in 3-4 attempts and portfolio is not loading - error message displayed as invalid request

Third class app. You can not see your portfolio or even app is not working with your reports view. Always getting , we have some technical issue, please try again. What should we do with your app if it's not working during the open market. App is really pathetic, it's not work at point of time. Still portfolio is not loading correctly and get refresh after sometime. Stock market work on milli second basis and this app working in minute basis , ha ha.... Again issue with new version, 😂

Iam unable to login into the app on my mobile ever since i updated to the latest version today. I have tried everything like changing password uninstalling app and reinstall. It accepts the change in password and takes me back to the login page when i type the new password it says login failed. I can login in the website with the same passwords but not on the mobile app . This happened after i updated the mobile app.

Login Falied even after entering correct credentials. Why do you force to update the application, when you know there can be bugs. Please don't make update mandatory. Last update has just made it impossible to login.

Charting not attractive as trading view.. 2nd Last onwards candle don't show % of change. Brokerage is too high as compared to the discount brokers like zerodha. Cross hair should be automatically available istead of selecting each time... Drawing tools also limited. Open closed high low should be shown any corner.

Have been using for 3 years. Great app. 1 star less beacuse it makes you change both passwords every 30 days. This is an unnecessary friction, when u r already using a 2FA.

The app feels fishy. I had downloaded it yesterday but didn't register or do anything. There was an e-mail from them on my mail id that I didn't even give.

The app can be vastly improved in terms of UI. I have also written about improving user interface.

I am using this app for more than 2 years. Worst thing in the app is login feature. Why every time I need to add trading password?? Why login password is getting expired after some days?? Security is good but user wants easy usability. Please add PIN login. I should able to access my whole account using PIN.

Good app with lots of features... Stock recommendation is added advantage... But We irritated when it ask to change trading password again and again....

Worst app. Portfolio rates doesnot get auto refresh. Moreover after many times refreshing manually it gets changed and doesnot match with live rates. Portfolio rates should be auto refreshed.

There are lot of developments which needs to be made in this share Khan app one major issue is portfolio page every now and then data retrieval issue is there it's not showing immediately sometimes there won't be any data reflecting and the problem is persistent development team should address the problem asap. Second thing ledger reports and transaction reports for derivatives and equitys looks confused it needs to be understood clearly need some changes on that

i really wished there was an option to see transaction reports in this app. i have to go web to see that. edit: my portfolio is broken. it shows no data. there are glitches in this app every other day

Worst service, toll free Customer care number provided in email doesn't exist, on another customer care phone number No one pickup phone call at all. Incase any technical error occur in your fund transfer, no one is accountable enough to help you get it resolved. Very much disappointed.

Not a very user friendly app, other trading apps like groww have simple and clutter free interface. Your app is trying to put too many things in one place, may be you should have two interface simple a more practical lite version . And this complex advanced one

App is not good. It hangs, slow down. And because of these issues your order gets delayed.

till now works well after many complaints..one facility should add in charting. Trendlines drawn on higher timeframe can't shown on lower timeframe and vice versa....Like leading charting app TRADINGVIEW should add facility in app..I know this suggestion will ignore yet write from my all staff side..

Good. Dividend details for the holding shares may be displayed and also announced from the industry. More than a year crossed but no positive response. Support and resistance has to be drawn for each time frame and to be repeated

Never get proper help/guide on right time. It seems over profession and making things complicated. All in all,it's not much more helpful for me.

One of the worst app to trade after recent update. Frequent logouts and full of bugs. Zerodha is offering better interface and maintenance cost is also less. Sharekhan is disappointing its long term users. I have no other option but to switch.

It need to be improve and update. I am using it from 7-8 years. But not any improvement compare to zarodha Or any other new one. Nowadays maximum people use future option hedge . There is no basket order in it. Please update with basket order like zarodha.

I donot recommend this app. I sold my shares on Thursday worth 20k but still my balance is zero for widrawal. Its been 4 days, i even tried to connect with my relationship manager provided by them but the number given my sharekhan is wrong. Better opt fr zerodha app. Very convenient and easy to use.

Most of the time this app doesn't load and even after closing it again n again, won't work properly. And whats the point of changing password after every 30 days?
