HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I ordered a fruit basket for someone and confirmed twice the message for the card shipped with it. Upon receiving my email confirmation I found out that no message was sent with the basket. I tried for over 2 hours to connect with someone who could resolve the problem, only to be met with phone transfers, disconnects, and " sorry we can't seem to fix this problem! How does 1800 flowers send a product without who sent it! VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!
App will not allow me to add a recipient. Says enter a last name even though i have and there isn't even a last name field. Then there's a spinner and says network error.
Have used their delivery for years but just found this app and love it even more!!! So very handy for birthdays, anniversaries or just because! Recommend big time!

I love this company I just had surgery yesterday and my niece sent me some chocolate dip strawberries which made my whole day this is a great company and I love what they do!
The cake delivered on time. I ordered the Red Velvet cake. Received a picture from my friend I had the cake delivered too. Even though it's clearly marked on the package the item is perishable FedEx!! Did not care about the item. The cake was carried on its side when the person at my friend office signed for it. You might want to find another way to have your products delivered. Other then that I was told the cake tasted good. Just hate the way it looked when he got it.
This was WAY too expensive! I spend 41.97 for 6 strawberries! FOR SIX! 41.97 FOR SIX! That's $7 a strawberry. It didnt show that shipping was $17 until after check out. This was a scam. I much rather give someone 40 dollars cash then SIX strawberries.
I paid near 65$ all said and done for 6 strawberry for mothers day very disappointed at the price for them to arrive all jacked up

Wasn't good I thought I would be paying a 9.99 shipping fee but they don't show you a review and they deducted 54.32 they gave me a discount for a cheaper amount yet they will again deduct the second amount n in 5 business days they will refund the first amount. What I don't understand is why is it pending yet taken from my account and they can't put it back sooner so I have paid close to 100 in one order. They should be upfront with all shipping costs before a person orders. I call that sneaky
