Sharky's Rewards

Sharky's I love you, but this is the most user-unfriendly app for a restaurant I have ever used. Some items had multiple quantity fields that had different complaints about values. I found one menu list I wasn't interested in but there was no obvious way back, so then I found out the back button on my phone takes you completely out of the order and I had to start my order all over again. It took me 15 minutes to finish a simple order. I should have just gone into the restaurant and ordered at the counter.

First, it doesn't all me to order. It just tells me that there is an error in my information. If I try to update my information, it requires my birthdate which shows grayed out in the field. It's correct, but if I try to save the updated info it tells me that a birthdate is required. So I went to sharkys website on my PC and logged in, but found that I couldn't change the requested information there. I then updated at paytronics, but the app still doesn't work correctly.

The app updated today and is actually functional again. So far it looks pretty good compared to what it was. Giving it four stars to start. Just placed an order using the new app for the first time and it was night and Day from the old app. Easy to place the order easy to apply points and easy to save favorites. Thank you for updating this app

App is useless. Gives me an error when trying to order through the app which is the whole point of the app! I can't even log into the app with the same account with my wife's phone since it says my email, her email, my card number, etc all don't exist. How am I logged in on my phone then?!? Who am I? Online ordering seems like something critical for a restaurant to have in these times. Would be good to make it work.

I had to reload the app, which was mildly annoying. Using the app was clunky, had a little trouble finding the part of the menu that had the shrimp burrito that I wanted... great service at the T.O. restaurant though!

Can't retrieve my forgotten log in information because of an unknown error. Can't create an account because email already in use. Update: i was able to finally log in, but now i can't edit my profile. It tells me im required to put in my date of birth, but the app won't let me. So i therefore cannot edit my profile.

This app is simply one of the consistently worst apps in its class. Unbelievably clunky and buggy, it is very frustrating to use. It's a good thing I love their food, because it is a pain to order.

Will not let me place an order. Says app is for an older version of android. Please updated app so I can use my new phone to place orders and get rewards. I'm so disappointed. This is one of my favorite places to get a meal when working. Get quality food for a reasonable price.

App works well to place a mobile order. Easy to login, create an order and pay. Choices for ordering are clear and the check boxes are large so no chance of missing a box with your finger.

App is out of date and online ordering just gives an error. I am unable to update my profile because of a bug. The only part that still works and is of any use is to scan your loyalty code and get points in store. I assume this app is not maintained?

Terrible app - it won't log me in, and when I try editing my account, it keeps insisting that it needs my birthdate, even though my birthdate has already been correctly entered. Worse than useless, as I always waste time trying to order online, and wind up phoning in the order anyway.

Error message every time trying to order. I emailed customer support and they acknowledged the problem and claim a new version is coming. Don't bother.

Instructions for retrieving username are useless.if you put in a password and your card number it tells you that it can only receive information for one box if it's only your card number then it says it needs an email and if you put the email it says again to only fill out one box. Confusing and frustrating app.

Zero stars. App does not work. Will not let me start an order, when editing account says i must include birthdate but will not allow me to enter that field. Restaurant is good, app is useless

This app is horrible. Says it was built for an older device than my s10 then you cant create an account because of an error that says "fax too short"

Wouldn't take my finatic card, so I created an account with a new card. Wouldn't let me place an order, kept getting "error". Guess I won't be eating there until they get this fixed.

Does not match in store menu. No grande nachos in online ordering. Must choose a meat, no choice for no meat in app (default in store menu is plain nachos, with no meat). No choice to say no sour cream, no choice for no guacamole. Worthless app, at least for people that do not want meat, sour cream, and/ or guacamole on their nachos

Clunky and inconconsistent. The app is unreliable but Sharkey's food is soooooooo healthy and so tasty, that I put up with their lousy tech.

I'm glad I came here, so I could see that I'm not the only one having problems with this app! I used to be able to order from my phone, now it won't order at all. Just error messages.

Remove "Rewards" from the name. It tells me that the app is primarily used for rewards and you can't order with it.

Had to update my review since they have immensely changed everything on their app! 1000 times better than their older version. Great job guys. 👏

I am unable to place an order on the app. I uninstalled it. Then installed again and still didn't work. Had to order on website

Easy to navigate and gets straight to the point!!

Can't fully sign in to order food because it needs my birthdate but for some reason, the app won't let me add it.

Of all the apps I have ever used, this is by far the worst app. No matter how many times I try to use it, it doesn't work. I have no idea how in this day a company can pay so little attention to this.

This app begs to be rewritten. Sharky's needs to learn from Starbucks and other vendors. In the meantime I will look for other ways to order.

Love using there app convenient and gives rewards.
