App is unable to take photo of rear of check for mobile deposit with new update. It either does not recognize it took the photo, or/and when you try to take a manual photo it selects the wrong camera. So it impossible to take a photo so I can deposit my check
Great app, just not all features were populated during transition. App seemed to be empty and missing most functionality. Once the transition finished. Finger print login and peek and check deposit all all working great. Check deposit is amazingly fast and so much better than old version. It automatically detects the check and takes the picture.
The previous version was good. The new version is dreadful. Oh, perhaps it is more secure... because no one has the time to log in! It is faster to turn on my desktop and connect with a browser than to use this terrible app. Engineers simply do not understand users. SCU product management needs to pay attention. Or perhaps SCU just NEEDS to hire a Product Manager.
East to use, secure, and super convenient!
The old version suddenly stops working. It states that I have to upgrade to newer version. After doing so my user name and pw no longer match their records. No time for such nonsense! After weeks of trying to get on, still can't. Closing out my account tomorrow and going to a CU that actually knows how to support and maintain an on-line app.
i really like the new app. it's very user friendly. the only downside is the inability to schedule a series of bill payments or transfers, or change an existing one. but for inqiry and quick transfers it work very well.
Originally rated this a 1 star due to issues with the App. Developers got right on it and things seem to be working nicely now. Was able to get to menu, use fingerprint log in, and log out properly. Now just a process to learn where everything is now. Thanks for fixing!!
Cannot log in says credentials invalid
December App update causing many concerning security instabilities. I am unable to do transfers or bill pay or mobile deposit. I cannot change any settings. The only thing I CAN do is see my balances and details WITHOUT LOG IN. Yikes. Customer service is unable to help and says to "just log in online.." Not good. Please check for bugs with a Samsung and update soon. Ty
fixed the empty menu. raising from 1 to 3 stars. looks like it has the potential to be better than last app, but still getting error messages. billpay button there but keeps throwing errors. need to fix these fatal errors.
overall I enjoy the ease of having everything in one place in this app. However, the pay option on the credit card has never worked for this app and the app designers have not fixed it after multiple times discussing. Very frustrating.
Works fine - there will always be some bumps in a major app ugrade. In this case the bumps are minimal and the benefits are numerous. The app is functioal and visually appealing. No complaints here ...
Last date paid in the bill payer shows 2018 for all of the payees. It has caused me to not pay bills i thought I had paid. Please fix this. I feel like the app has gotten worse and worse with each update over the past year.
It worked fine until I got a new phone now my account doesn't exist according to the app
December update has broken Android support. No longer works. Immediately crashes. Tried on brand new Samsung tablet and older generation Samsung tablet, same result on both. Not verifying the app actually works on the top selling line of tablets is inexcusable. Revert or fix it NOW!
Too many bugs, it won't let me do the remote deposit most of the times and also does not recognize the signature on the back of checks, takes too many attempts also there seems to be a server problem because sometimes I cannot deposit a check remotely at all

the new app is horrible! Unable to transfer funds as we were told we would be able to. the app should have been properly vetted out before it was launched. I would give it zero Stars if possible.
Extremely useful. As a student away from home I have all the access to my banking that I need. I can deposit checks, move money between savings and checking, and check balances from 250 miles away from home. This app has become an absolute necessity for my daily life.
Do I really have to scroll over 600 times to enter my birth date? I used to use the old app without any issues. Now my user info is not accepted and I must register again. But the Date of Birth starts on today and there is no way to input numbers. All I can do is swipe left, for the previous month. So 12 months X 50 years of age, is 600 left swiped to enter my birthday. Way to go!
Great app. Does everything I need it to do. Works quick and looks good. Only thing I would add is a Dark Mode to make it a bit easier on the eyes
i uninstalled the old app and installed this one based on the email I received from Sharon Credit Union. I followed the proper steps but the new app has yet to load past the "retrieving accounts" screen.
the new updated app is terrible compared to the one it replaces. confusing UX. unable to login but no error message about the login attempt failed because of 'x'
Since I was moving 75 miles out of the area, I had my doubts about whether to close my longstanding SCU account. Turned out that their website, the convenience of the app and a request to increase my deposit limit (this requires authorization) were all that I needed to keep the outstanding Small Bank service and broad array of online conveniences I have enjoyed for years. Thank you so much for offering a much better alternative to Banks Of Atrrociousness.
