Downloaded the app with high anticipation, but another App failure ,easy to find printer but word and pdf get to the printer line up but will not print ,spent 2 much time trying different ways to print ,a 1 rating is there cause there is no zero button

This app needs a lot of work. Not user friendly at all and it seems more difficult than it should be just to print documents.

Hi all, Presentation is nice...:) BUT, can't print office docs or PDF !!! :( WASTE a lot of pages with random characters .. Don't know why .... Looking for some solution.. Cheers

Does not print on MX-C301W - app sends pdf to printer and "data" led on printer starts to blink and nothing else happens. Led just blinks for hours and printer stays awake and cannot be switched off.

Can't print pdf. Ask for ps extension kit. Can't find it here, can't find it on their on website. A waste of time app. Get your act together Sharp

Can't print pdf from mobile. It always says that "Can't print PDF file because it does not have PS extension kit" . Solve this ASAP.

Printing of JPEG is ok. PDF files are not being printed. While try to print pdf, machine initialized but no print came out.

Worked first time. Great interface. Didn't want access to every feature on my phone. All apps should be like this. Thanks.

Needs plugin for office files and a file search

I will give this app 5 stars after an update. The App needs remote printing not just wifi. The App also needs a file explorer not just acsess to one folder. And lastly the App needs a feature or a separate plugin app to use with Microsoft Word, Google Cloud Print, and other services. I find it annoying to close the app I'm editing a document in and needing to open it again in the sharpdesk mobile app.

It doesn't even recognize Sharp AR5623N and couldn't print anything. Pls suggest gud app to print in WiFi.

We have an office grade printer and this app doesn't support pdf files for printing. Useless
