A bit annoying to use on a Smartphone. The list presented is 3 columns wide and I can only use 2. Previously selected items are clearly marked. I often get the feeling that my selections do not make it to the checkout. C'est la vie.
This is not even letting me register. Keeps saying " Yikes! Try again later"....this is beyond frustrating. I hope they can help at the store, if not I'll be shopping elsewhere. Not fair to have to pay full /higher price due to their app not working properly. I have used other market apps without issue.
this app is really starting to get to me.. i have an account and cant sign in or regester for a new account anything. i even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it and the same thing cant connect. my internet service is full so I know its not that
the updated app will not update. I've uninstalled it to see if it would update. it didn't. I hope it can be fixed otherwise my shopping at shaws will come to an end. sorry, I love the rewards but when it does not work then there is no benefit.
This app only works erratically. Also since I shop with my mother in law on Friday mornings it would be nice to have the recent sale and coupons the day before and not on Friday while I am shopping. Very frustrating and disappointing. App is not working today and I am shopping at 9am.!!!
Has not worked properly for months. Only a few coupons show up even though weekly as indicates otherwise. Was on hold for over 27 minutes to reach shaws customer service. Issue still not resolved.
Hard to navigate, and find the sale and the just for u items. Installed this app 3 times, still not able to get sale items.
The app was much easier to use before. Lots of times I'm not credited for free item and $5.00 off. Makes me angry.
terrible. it won't let me sign on. I am going to go to Hannafords and use the reward app there. it works great.
This app is so slow and is constantly unable to connect. it is good at saying sorry.
at least 90% of the time I get "yikes, could not connect", making the app pretty much useless
many times my coupons would not be visible in the store so I had to guess what the coupons were.
made me update now cant log in ,cant see shopping list all coupons i clipped cant access. now wont open 😡
this app is terrible. every time i try to sign on they say there is a problem. someone needs to be on top of this.
I love knowing that my phone has all the sales on it for It comes in very handy!
Tells me my Samsung tablet is not compatible with shaws app really dumb ,shaws choosing which device I should use, it's for the birds

New UI is terrible. Apparently now shaws thinks grocery shopping is like combing through an excel column of data. Force me to go through hundreds of items by category to find the deals. Most people like the flyer view. And finding coupons is awful. Designed by a team that doesn't do grocery shopping and probably had their organic food from the farmers market delivered.
I have emailed the developer twice about this app with no response. It was recently updated and when I try to download the update when prompted from the app, it is no longer compatible with my 2 year old phone. Developers don't care who they leave behind in their technological dust with their updated versions. Now I have to use my computer at home to access coupons and deals. Bye-bye to the convenience this app promised.
The only thing worse than the actual website is this app. I could be sitting in the parking lot of Shaw's, to get my coupons and I can't get on. Full bars/wifi and it ALWAYS says "Yikes! Cannot connect". It's the WORST app EVER. I've had trouble with my pw for the last 2 days and it will NOT let me reset it. The email doesn't come in and when I've tried even on the computer, it tells me my email is invalid, even though when the email DOES come in, it is to that email address.
