you can order your prescription ahead by using the app but really I find no advantage to it cause it still never seems to be ready when they give you the time. Still better off to go there and ask to have them refill it then you know it's being worked on .
This wasn't a bad app when I 1st tried it but now it works terrible. It never has the proper information on medication that is due and ones that are filled. The only information it gets right is after I've already picked meds .
Your app sucks pond water. I spent way too much trying to make this work. Five minutes is all it took for Walmart's app to take care of everything... UPDATE After support added all my prescriptions into the system, everything has worked fine. I would now give this app 4 stars - 5 if it reminded the pharmacist immediately after prescription was submitted...
I was in a position to where we needed delivery of our meds. Downloaded this app and it's useless. Nothing works, it goes round and round. Really should remove this app. Complete waste of time.
Spins and spins, as processing. Never actually opens app. Just did upgrade--no difference.
The absolute slowest app on my phone. I have 5G LTE and wifi and it still extremely slow. Do better!
App won't open tells me to update and I did update but still won't open and keeps telling me to update even though I have. Plz fix this ASAP!

Ok, tells you when your rx's are ready, but doesnt inform you of ones that are on hold , or let you know how many refills you have for a certain medication...

This app is so helpful
I used to like this app, found it very convenient for managing prescriptions. However, since the Android 8 Oreo update was forced onto my phone by Verizon, the app will not run.
Going through a recent medical procedure would have been much easier with this app. It is more timely and accurate than my Medical Porthole. I can also see when my family's scripts are due/ready and order ahead in much less time than phoning.
