Shawarmer

Got clickbaited so god damn hard! I am new in the country and thought of trying shawarma. There was this food item 'Tagamees' which had 14 shwarmas in it for 46 SAR and I thought it's a great deal. I invited my friends thinking 14 shawarma would easily suffice all. And I was in shock when the delivery driver came in. The box was smaller than PS2 and the 14 shwarmas were not even shwarmas they were barely 3 inches long. I'm honestly disappointed. Please give more accurate details for food items!

thier cash back system is really a credit back system, and the credit will expire after an unknown amount of time, huge scam, i don't think i will order from them again.

It was great once but I'm changing my rate to 1 star because of the poor customer service, I couldn't place my order for an entire day every time they say they are "busy" then I ordered at 12 am and took them 2 hours to deliver it despite being only 1km away, when the food finally arrived it was like it was made yesterday cold, dry and stale. I contacted the support team TWICE and they did nothing, there's so many better alternatives don't waste your time on this stor :)

The app mainly for pick up and you cannot call to order. The delivery in few branches only. If you want a delivery, use any other delivery apps. It doesn't make sense to have such app for limited service. In most cases, you have to use any delivery app to get what you want.

Order through app was very fast quick and great customer service highly recommended.

Due to screen setup, it won't let me accept the terms and conditions and input my phone number.

I like shawarmer too much shawarmer food is the best. I like it because I'm the one of employee working at prince sultan road Muhamadiya your welcome all and enjoy shawarmer delicious food.

I was about to give them 5 stars but then I had a problem with one of my orders and guess what, they didn't have a client service at all so all of my money was lost since the only payment method is by Visa or mada. Not recommended

Spent 1 hour trying make an order. Most of the time it shows that the app is offline. Payment doesn't go through either. Uninstalling!

Ordering was difficult because of the technical issues. Amount was debited and order was not generated. I had to call the call centre and they told they will refund my deducted amount.

For the second time shawarner customer survey is not working, the required informations are not clear . When I entered them correctly the survey blocked me! I THINK THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER OPENION.

Shawarmer Branch is Ali Baba Shawarmer helpline support are not doing anything. Providing order with missing items once you complain many times they don't wanted to solve the issue. Just taking people money and not providing all items are requested in the Order. Each time something is missing and Branch staff busy with Fighting with each other regardless Customer are watching and waiting for the order. Its time to Complaint Minimum of Commerce to take legal action as Consumers rights. Very bad

First few orders it worked great for me and after that every time i use this app i cant pay with my NBC card anymore it keep saying payment was rejected. Its the same card i have used for the previous orders. Sorry guys but thumbs down from me.

The sandwich menu was shortened to only 3. No Alrahyah no other special sandwiches we used to love. Absolutley bad move. The management did really bad in order to manage the Covid19 situation by ONLY accepting DELIVERY! You should be able to order and take from their branch like many other restaurants. This should not go wrong when saftey measures are taken. Bad managment. I'm deleting this app. Im not gonna deal with this restaurant 4the rest of my life.

If u are downloading this app.. you are making a mistake .. i paid for my order and when i went there they said we didnt get your order yet.. and i had to call the customer service and waiting too long..

Need to add more options to select or remove from the order, or a notes area at least. Not all items have options of removing stuff

There's no shawarmer in Tunisia also tha app doesn't accept less than 8 numbers on phone، ok i edited my review and hope u add it soon

Menu is in arabic so I can't choose properly even if i set the language to english. Please fix.

Depit card does not work in this application, only credit card. I tried so many times but it is not working at all.
