wouldn't take password, kept complaining about needing a special character, despite adding several special to the password. further it would blank out the password fields forcing me to retype them each try. it's clear from this experience the app developers have a seething contempt for users, and seek to raise their blood pressure. password security is based on entropy. a narrow list of "special characters" is not secure. and making users guess that list is bad ux

I used this app on my Galaxy Note 8 with no problem and loved the app however since getting a Galaxy s10 I am not even able to see the whole app. After getting a new device you have to verify all the info but it doesn't fill the whole screen and are able unable to enter any info. I took my phone to Sprint where they tried to help figure out why but they too are unable to get it to do anything. Update 8/7/2019 Thank you for fixing this issue. I have upgraded from one star to 5 star

Love this app for transferring money to my daughters quickly. Feels safer with fingerprint encryption. Having issues after Aug 5, 2019 update. Fingerprint enabled and quick balance were turned off & not by me. Tried to transfer and had to receive PIN verification call again and it would state verified and then app would say transaction declined. Tried 4 times and still unable to process. Banking institution could see the issue but unaware of why.

App is not able to open! Tried several times, even sent feedback! Still will not open! Horrible app for your banking needs! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it helps! Neither works! After the update, it has not worked since!

Terrible app. Used to work great but now fingerprint login no longer works and I have to reset my password and re-register my card everytime I need to use it. Makes the app useless for making security changes on the fly. I contacted customer service months ago to no avail. Avoid this app if you're not forced to use it as I am with my bank.

the most useless bank app ive ever had in my lifetime. I miss my old bank. A real bank app should have up to the minute details on your finances, you know, like ALL the other bank apps do. This is frustrating and misserable. Its like 15 years behind in technology.

Contacted support to correct and have heard nothing further. Unable to log in or use app. No matter how many times I register my device or change password nothing works. No issues prior being forced to update the app.

I have tried to reinstall app over 5 times because it stops working every time I try to open it. I have not made it past the log in screen. I would not recommend this app at all, I wish my bank used a different system.

Ever since my initial log in to create an account and get it set up, I can't get pass the log in page. Whether I choose password or fingerprint, it always just says processing but it never does process.

Honestly, the app is horrible. After registering, I can't see any of my account balances or transactions. I can't do anything such as a funds transfer. I'm really not sure what the purpose of this clunky thing is except to waste my time. What's really sad is that the app from my bank works great. Shazam!! Yeah.... Whatever.

The update is more concerned about ads and not content. Ads work WONDERFULLY to read (every single time which is a MAJOR FAIL) and now unable to check balances or even access ANY feature...oh did I mention except the ads?

This is really sad I'm forced to use this app with the my bank and I have called customer service they have sent me to numerous numbers no one seems to want to help technical support has no idea but that's all it talks about on the reviews how everyone's getting app closing on them. The sad thing is I'm think I'm going to have to close my checking account and get a checking account at a different bank so I can use their apps on my phone

This app wont work since the last update. It keeps telling me to make sure I have an internet connection and try again later. My internet is working fine. I have 5 bars and your app acts like I have 0...

I would give this app a 0 start if I could. Been trying for 3 days to set this up but it locks up on step 2 of 4. And after 20 minute gives me a message to try later because the server is down. Fix your don't release it.

Shazam bolt$ makes it super easy to update transaction alerts for a set dollar amount and I really enjoy the option if I need to cancel my card, I can do it from my fingertips.

it's good for keeping up with your balance but it doesn't display your transactions. It only gives the balance of the account, that's it.

Installed an update yesterday and now it won't let me connect to the server and my connection is strong. This app and the things it's NOT able to do or show a bank customer belongs back in the '90s.

It refuses to work for me. Everytime I try to log in, it tells me the app has stopped. It's very very frustrating and not very convenient. 🤷

i really enjoy this app, but I wish it told your recent transactions on it. it would be so much more helpful if i could see where the money was going rather than knowing my balance. ill give 5 stars when this happens :))

I have never once been able to do anything with this app as is always crashes. The new update made absolutely no difference. Gonna delete

It time about every time you try to do something and doesn't let you accomplish anything, it's so bad, I mean it doesn't work 4/5 of the time and is very frustrating when its forced on you by your bank.

Every time i try to open the app to look at my account all it does is say "processing". It might actually open and work 1 out of 10 times.

I cannot get this app to work. I keep trying and it won't even get past the first step to registering my card because it says it can't connect to the internet. I have a very strong internet connection.

Since the update it cannot be opened on my phone but can be opened on computer, hard to check my information when I don't have a laptop or a computer of my own.

Can't get to the screen to accept SMS enrollment for alerts. This app is useless for anything other than checking your balance.

Won't even open. Got to the point where it calls you and then it said failed after verifying.

used to work, now it won't even open. in the old days when we would write programs, we would test them before they went public. give it a try sometime!!!!

Icon legend needed for ATM list. At least I have not located it. I have not been able to determine what ATM is fee free or what services each offer from the icons listed with each ATM.

The app wont work since the newest update. I cannot check my balance and i have bills to pay i need this app to work and this is just getting ridiculous.
