Almost 10 days past I has been given document for verification but my account nothing happen. It always same they are not interested to check my document. One of the worst customer service. I'am going to uninstall it.
Its really an awesome app. I always recharge via it. But recently I am not able to get cash back for recharging my Robi number whereas cash back on the other operators are available. Kindly fix this issue because thr app deserves 5 star😁
Too many needless notifications! For this reason, necessary notifications are not seen. Try not to send one notification a multiple times.

Very bad app. After adding my numbar this app close atomiticaly .. When im trying to open the app it ask me to add my numbar again.. How many time i try it repeat the lag again and again..

Very poor service. You can't open account without your NID. Even it wants to allow all of the information on the device.
Too much bad service.. I provide my information 2 times, But its doesn't work. They register with mobile number for increase there member but they are not thinking about their customer & don't verify maximum customer NID...
Apps have been taking a long time to log in since the new update came out. Request to attach the rocket to buy points.
