The app itself is great. But the problem is if I try to use my rewards points or If I add a deal through an email from sheets it doesn't work on the mobile app, it will ask me if I want to add the coupon to the order I say yes but it will not add it. they will work if I go to the store order it pay there and wait for the food which I don't have time for I have tried twice to uninstall the app and then reinstall it and it doesn't do any good
The app was fine but you won't stop changing it all the time. It's confusing and laggy. I've messed my order up way too many times since the update and it takes twice as long to order. I've even had stores tell me they didn't receive my order. I think I'll order from inside from now on. Thanks
Hey, guys, I really love the unlock my kiosk feature. Unfortunately, about half of the time the staff think that I am placing an online order when I use it in the store, and they put my order on the pickup Shelf. This can be confusing sometimes.
There is a bug where I try to create a new account and after i put all my info in it will not go through. You click continue and it will stay on the same screen, dosent matter how many time you press continue it simply does NOT continue
Two complaints when I order something on the touch screen in the store if I want two cups of sour cream with my quesadilla I can push a button. I cannot seem to find a way to do that on the app. Also it would be nice if there was a blank box on each order for requests, such as no napkins or silverware please.
When the app is working it is great and convenient but it hasn't been working lately. I would use the app all the time for ordering food, checking out in store, or pumping gas. The app just crashes when I try to open it. When the app starts working again I will adjust to 5 stars.
Ever since the update where they added delivery as an option I've had nothing but issues. Constantly being randomly signed out, app running slow, the pay option not working. Now it won't even let me sign back in.
It's great when it works, which is maybe half the time. Freezes a lot on the check out, orders don't go through often, and one time I had two orders go thru but both were canceled. No option to just set a specific Sheetz to be the default.
This app does not show accurate pick up times for orders. I put in an order for an appetizer that was supposed to be ready in 15 min... I arrived after 20 then waited 10 min at curbside with no order. I attempted to call and was told my order was burried behind other orders based on when I checked in and that it would be awhile. I went into the store and was told it would be another 30 min because they got a rush. If they app would have said the pick up time was an hour and I would not have ord
for as long as I can remember I have always had to close out of the app after submitting my order or I would just be stuck on the red woohoo screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times I can't check in without closing out of the app first
The app has been very glitchy lately. Online is not available some times or after you redo an order 3 times when you get to the store it goes offline and I have to call to have my curbside brought out. Maybe it just can't handle the volume of use but at one time it was a great app. Hopefully they get it straightened out. It is glitching again. I can't order anything.
Every time I try to "purchase" rewards with my points, I get an "Oh, Sheetz!" error that says my transaction can't be completed. So what exactly is the point of having rewards? And stop harassing me to allow notifications. I am *not* allowing notifications.
App started off not applying rewardz at purchase. Now it won't function at all. Opens totaling screen then crashes immediately. Even tried deleting and re-download and it still won't work.
It was a great and super convenient app up until it stopped working. You get all the way to paying for your order, but something goes wrong and it never processes.
The worst app in the history of mankind. It's not intuitive at all. Editing your cart is so hard. Now I can't pay with my on file card it just keeps asking for a gift card. I've never used a gift card ever. I give up. I'm going to order elsewhere
The app is kind of slow as of late, but that's not a huge deal. The irritating thing is that pop-up at the bottom when you order something. You have to wait for it to disappear before you can continue navigating. Honestly, if you'd just change that, my 3 stars would go to 4
Oh Sheetz! An unknown error has occurred! That's what I get every time I try to order and pay. I tried restarting my phone, uninstall and re-install the app and checked for updates and it still does not work. Oh Sheetz, looks like I'm not going there anymore.
Received an extra 250 rewardz points for my birthday. Went to see what the offers were and was forced to update the app. Now, nothing is showing in the rewardz menu. So I have almost 700 points total but nowhere to redeem the points in the app. Pretty annoying. Not to mention the 250 extra points expire, so unless you release a bug fix soon I'll be out the extra points. If that happens I'm deleting the app and never going back.
A very convenient app for when you don't have much extra time. I just order my meal 10 minutes before I leave for work and it's ready to pick up as soon as I get there. On the other hand, I did lose $13 to a bug when I got snowed in recently. I had an order ready in the app, but never actually payed for it, and I ended up not needing to finish the order. I forgot about it until I saw $13 missing from my account today. Just don't leave unfinished orders and the app is great.
Very buggy keeps getting stuck trying to submit an order it sends it but the loading icon gets stuck on my screen, one day my same order was stuck saved on the app, and it wouldn't let me submit a new one saying I was making a duplicate order.
Usually im very pleased when I order from Sheetz. Whether I use the app or in store but this last order, I was not pleased. They forgot my marinara sauce, they forgot the ceaser dressing for the salad, my sliders batley had any ranch, and all three shakes had big chunks of ice in them and were not made how I ordered them. This has never happened to me before. I still love sheetz and will continue to order from them. I will just have to wait for a different shift to make my order I guess.
I still love the App and the ease of ordering and paying for favorited, BUT I don't feel the recent update is easier. For me, it's a myriad of additional large screens to get to the final goal. I'd like to suggest saving a default order mode, i.e. ASAP, PickUp In-Store, etc. AND I still advocate for ability to Create and/or Edit a Favorite.
This app works great for to-go orders, except that it won't let me order unsweetened tea with a food order (sodas are the only option), and when I try to use SheetzGo, it won't work at all. It'll scan any item I want, but when I try to check out, it flips back to the home screen every time. 😢
