Another crippling bug. Can't return order without sitting on hold 20 minutes. No compensation. Edit: your chat said you were aware of the issue and working hard to fix it. Doesn't sound like you are then! When clicking the deliver button it says "please enter name in field" but there is no field as it doesn't advance to next page. Not taking up anymore of my time on this because you don't even pay me correctly in a normal week. And questions regarding missing pay go unanswered.
Don't drive for them unless they improve. I set job available notifications off but still got them, very annoying notifications. I hold P2 licence so that I cannot take or accept a phone call while driving. I set contact preference as SMS in the app but they still call me to ask just for things like are you available to help with orders in where and where. This is very annoying because I always need to pull over for things that I do not need to do. It takes very very long time to get to chat with a real person. The worst support team I have ever seen. I do delivery jobs for Uber, Deliveroo and Menulog they are better support teams.
I really dislike the notifications sounds. Every time there is a job my phone is constantly making sounds even though I am not near the job. I cannot turn the sound off! Enable this feature.
Don't drive for them.Their driver support is non existent.when you are out for delivery, you can never get hold of them.so it will be frustrating. They should learn from their competitors, even to cancel order you have to get hold of their customer support which will make it near impossible to finish your delivery. It will take almost an hour for chat support to respond. better drive with some other companies.

The one thing I find so annoying with this app is when it sends out job notifications. Instead of individual jobs, I get like 10 or more jobs at once! We should be able to minimise the app or even turn phone off and still receive push notifications individually when a job comes up. For this reason I force close Sherpa often.
Full of bugs and glitchy. Support is worse than useless and encourages risk taking behaviour for drivers due to the lack of functional design and job appropriateness. Sign of the times that they are unwilling or unable to assume any responsibility and make drivers jump through all the hoops for very little reward. But business is booming in home delivery so they couldn't care less.
One of the worst apps I have used to deliver items. Zero customer service for the drivers. They never get back to you when you need them and take forever to reply. The bot is useless. I can't take any orders even after clicking the notification, they don't show up the on my app. Even though the app is updated, there is zero improvement.
Don't really like the app. When I reached to the destination with no coverage. I cannot end the trip and I have to search network to end the trip. When I get the network it won't end the trip there. It says conflict. I have to call and live chat. Hard to reach customer care through call. And the worst thing they blamed me for the issue saying none ever had those issue. If I didn't have issue at that time I wouldn't have contacted customer care. They are really hopeless.
Whenever delivery comes up in notifications and you try to open it from there, it keeps loading like a C grade app. Once loading is finished, it let's you in the app in where, that delivery is already taken by someone else. Works well in other areas but this is at where it proves to be a really really bad app. This is all about time. It must not load while one wants to accept a delivery.
Notifications are useless on android. Clicking on notifications reboots the app even if it is running in the background. During the few seconds it reboots somebody has already accepted the job who luckily had the app open on the screen when the job popped up. And you are greeted with a empty map with no jobs...
I get notifications all day. Open the app and nothing, even though the notification came through only seconds before. I also have this issue when I have the app open and running. Get a notification to say there is a job but the app states no open jobs at the moment on the bottom Not sure how to get jobs if they only show to certain apps and certain people. Starting to be very annoying and beginning to be a pointless way to earn money.
I have used many delivery driver app but this one is the worst of all. Actually I think the developers of the app has no idea how delivery business works. This app is designed in such a way by default it adds confusion, delay and customer dissatisfaction for even a simple delivery. It steals drivers time. Terrible.
often seems to go to sleep, or it says no gps settings, its switch off & back on to wake it up. You receive a push notifications but nothing shows on app. again turn off & back on,. casuals in unfair position over full timers, needs refresh button, better responding, auto refresh because jobs showing on map but have already gone, not updated.
As with the others. I am never able to accept a job even when notification comes in. Once pressed nothing happens and no map displayed. All seems delayed somehow and very slow, too slow to be able to quickly act and accept jobs. Directly impacting my capacity to earn. Not good. Needs a fix. I am using Android 9
You get a notification about job being available and when you open the app it shows nothing. Several times I can see the job bubble but by the time I click on it to accept it shows as could not be assigned. They should improve driver job acceptance experience.
it's a pretty good app for me as a driver but sometimes when I got notifications for a new jobs and I went to check it it tells me there is no jobs available. and there is a problem with the notifications for two days in raw now with me I dont get any notifications about the available jobs can you please fix it

I keep getting notifications to say there is a new job. But there isn't. Would also be good to see a ATL tag before you pick up a delivery. I live in an area with few drivers and the jobs can sit for hours before being picked up. So one being accepted within seconds would not be correct. I can see others have made this complaint but no improvements from sherpa yet
"The response to my review is selective and doesn't address all concerns like workpro. Before a warning is issued, driver must be consulted rather than disputing afterwards." Warnings to drivers are given without valid explanation. The attitude of support staff is unprofessional, they used to be nice when there was shortage of drivers. The account is blocked even when the error is from sherpa's side, when the documents do not sync from workpro. The account remains inactive for days.
What's the point of including a power button if we still get constant notification even when it's selected? There should be a way to go Offline and not receive a single notification until we are Online. Really annoying
Not really sure how good the app is as I'm still waiting to be onboarded. At a time when money is tight due to COVID-19 I outlaid $$$ to get a Police Check and obtain the recommended equipment. Had one SMS saying I needed to redo my video and upload my drivers license again which I did. No way to phone them, live chatted twice and emailed twice but after a month my account is still not approved. Now they will not even accept live chat requests.
I was driving with sherpa for long time. I got a 3rd grade warning recently . Sherpa Assgined me a training Quiz. But now im unable to start quiz. I tried with eamil and password to start quiz it did not start and said " You have reached permitted tries to pass this Training " when actually i have not used not even a single attempt. They gave me an access code to try login on a browser i tried with access code and email still it did not start quiz with access code. Im helpless.
I wish I could give this app and company 0 stars. Beyond the fact that the website wasn't even usable (there's literally no way to sign in as an existing customer from the front page i had to google it), The company and its "support' are shockingly bad. I booked in for an item to be collected and delivered within 2 hours / same day guarantee because I needed it collected before 5. Not only did they not arrive at all the support team told me they couldn't guarantee any delivery timeframe.
