Sherpa - Private Courier

Horrible, not able to get in touch. Waited on hold multiple times to be hung up on. Don't take an order if you can't fulfil it. Placed order for 3pm delivery. No word until 3.30 and scheduled deliver at 6. Was not going to be able to collect at that time so needed to cancel. Neither the live chat nor phone line were any help. Told the person with the package not to let it go to the courier as I didn't have any means of contact. Don't waste your time with this service.

Fast, easy and fun - great to have options and it's easy to get proof of delivery and who accepted for corporate use or small business. Barcode and ATL options, picture taken of package at door of accepting persons figure options if needed. Great service very smart set up.

Trying to sign up continually says something went wrong. Yes indeed the app doesn't work. Was looking forward to using but left disappointed.

I would give this a zero if i could, the app I'd absolutely trash, I waited the entire day with no update, terrible company, terrible app. Use anyone else.

This is a driver working for the company. Company is doing a cheap things. They don't treat the drivers well. Unless they don't treat the drivers well, they cannot expect a good service from them. Only if they are happy about what they are doing, they do the job well satisfying the customers. But with the unnecessary cheap things your company does, make the drivers unhappy. The support systems of the company are handled by the people in pilipinas. They have no clue about what they are doing. The

Frustrating "Live Chat with Sherpa Support". Every time I need to enter my details like Name, email & mobile no. why I should enter those details while I am using my account to contact support.

Ok now I won't recommend this company and it seems my reviews keep dissapearing from here. Totally disappointed. Do your research and read the reviews left. Bad management I tried for 3 weekends in a row to get a parcel collected and 3 times i was given the run around and to say they are a delivery company hey they couldn't ever find a person to get my parcel delivered. If thus review is not posted I will report to Google.

No New Zealand Addresses..

I wanted to use this to pick up materials for my business I'm a waterproofer but you only pick up parcels up to 40 kilos and a limited size. This app is no good for businesses only for consumers.

This will enhance business and generate revenue

Your apps don't work and are completely useless. Nothing shows up at all and then I update the stupid app thinking it might me an old version and it then doesn't recognise my email. Not reliable at all. Looks very much like a scam more then a real business.

The $6 dollar jobs don't even cover the gas to do it. The higher dollar jobs are rare but you have no chance to get the job. As soon as you get a message and open it within half a second it doesn't show. Sherpa will say it's because the sherpa drivers are very aggressive today and you need to be faster. I test this and when a msg came I instantly opened it and there was nothing. You will not make enough to buy a burger because you won't have the money for the gas to get there.Worst app ever created. 0 *

App is continually crashing!! Whenever I go to accept a delivery it just says "Sherpa has stopped working" would rate zero stars if I could my model is a HTC M9 also is there a new app now?

The only thing i have with the app is there is no drop down list to see all orders

If you like the convenience of Uber and need stuff picked up/delivered then it's pretty good.

So it's like Uber, but only a courier service.

I downloaded it as it was advertised on facebook. Unfortunately entering in my delivery details it didnt even aknowledge i entered an address. Currently a waste of time.

Brilliant to work for, they pay on time and well etc. Shame you have to really compete with others for jobs but once you work out that you can use the loading zones in the CBD and it's not too far to walk between them it becomes pretty cruisy. Was about to throw it in on the 1st day but stuck it out and I absolutely love it now!

Love using the app, really quick service and they are friendly workers.
