Sherwin-Williams PRO

This used to be a great time saving app to use in our painting business. For the last 6-8 months this has caused a lot of time delays in my schedule. I used to be able to order my paints at night for the following day. Now the app is telling me that a lot of be items may not be available and I should call the store. This takes away from my productivity as well as that of the store personnel. They now have to answer a phone and write out an order, instead of hitting a print button.

Constantly crashing, I try and use this to check my pricing on products for my business while writing proposals, and it is always slow, difficult use and crashes more than once before I get the info I need. It would be easier to drive to closest store and ask an employee

the app freezing up! And when I make my orders at night to pickup right away the next day when I go to the store the people at the store don't even check the app orders. I have to wait. And sometimes they don't have the products I ordered and they don't call to let you know.

Was great at first but lately it's a hassle. Won't show what's in stores/ available and the worst part is now I can't pay my account on here. That was the best part. Changed from 4 stars to 1.

The app is junk. It has so many glitches. If you try to make a payment it says it had an error in signing in. Even before this current glitch, it would have to refreash the payment page 3 or 4 times before it would not say that it was drawing a blank. This has been going on since the app started.

Excellent resource and IF you ever have problems with the app they will reach out to your paint rep and help you get it fixed!

I do a lot of carpentry and renovations, so I don't use the app often. Actually I call or just stop by My home store and order. I've used the app lately for purchase history info. Available in PDF format, exactly what I needed.NOW, no problem browsing through finding everything I need. Viewing different options in similar products and ordering My final selections in the amounts I needed. Check out with my Sherwin Williams business account was so easy I wondered..Did I do that right.. Confirmed!!

easy APP ordering, then I just pick-up: using the app reduces the time away from the job site so I can make more money! THANKS SW!

The app works great if you can keep it from crashing all the time. And sometimes it randomly won't let you sign in.

Continually crashes. Everytime I open a section, the app closes out. It doesn't sink with the website. I have things in my shopping bag online and the app shopping bag is empty. I'll just just the online website and wait for a proper update to the app

PROS: Saves credit card info, you can pull up old invoices and custom colors, pricing shows my discount and the regular price. CONS: the box to type in custom colors is super awkward, today's purchases aren't there yet and usually when I need to reorder, it's a recent purchase, so the reorder button seems like a good idea, but is pretty useless.

Liked it at first. Now it's just frustrating and costs me money. The "frequently purchased" feature no longer works. The inventory feature is wrong. And, if the store doesn't carry a product that you've chosen to buy, it doesn't let you know it's not an option, and the app defaults to whatever is available. Unfortunately, I didn't know that until my order was filled in the wrong finish because my store didn't carry the finish that I needed. I just call in my orders now.

I'm only giving 3 stars because every so often the thing just keeps crashing on startup and won't open. This makes is very hard to pay charge bills and manage my business when I can't make it to the physical store. Otherwise great app, very helpful to streamlining my operation just please do something about the crashing. I keep sending crash reports.

Man I want this to work, but my goodness who designed this? It is clunky, slow, and not intuitive at all....just want to use it to buy paint and materials...that should be the most accessable and easy task on the app, but it is not...it can work, took me a hour to make my first order, for example, when I laboriously managed to get the flipping paint I wanted on there and finally sifted through the menu to find the blue frog tape I wanted, when I hit back to return to previous window, it deleted

Becoming more and more buggy the more I am pushed on and rely on the app. Frustrated at this moment.

This app used to be actually pretty good but now sucks worse than DuraCraft! Everytime I try to use it, the thing freezes or crashes. Not even uninstalling and reinstalling works. I find myself constantly starting an order on the app and finishing it on the website (or forgetting it) cause you can't get through checkout on the app. Someone should lose their job over this most recent version!

This app is not very easy to navigate. It's a great tool to order with and keeps previously ordered purchases without an issue. My password, even though saved, likes to drop out if I haven't used it in a couple weeks - ugh. It's also hard to locate products that have not been previously order on your acount. please fix this SW - then I'll send the love 😁

I have wasted more time on this new app than any I have ever used! It is slow & a nightmare. Checkout kept failing because it autpopulated my biliing address with everything but the state (but it had the zip inserted- go figure). I finally caught it at the 3rd time looking through all info when it kept giving me 404 error. I was finally able to purchase products, but will no longer use this to try to "save time" prior to going to actual SW stores for products. Just not worth the frustration.

Lags pretty bad, search isn't great, doesn't allow order of items that can be ordered by calling the store, had tons of difficulties placing the order during this season's bucket sale.

The app itself is easy to navigate although a pain with forcing you to switch to the internet. 2 biggest complaints, 1. You have to keep changing your store to search for item stock. You should really be able to search all nearby stores. 2. Separate single and 5 gallons. While searching as I put the number up it hits 4 then auto makes it a 5 and singles start at 1 again. Makes it impossible to get an actual count of what's available. Please fix this. Also adding a delivery feature would be nice!

Recent updates have made this app completely worthless. It crashes constantly, every time I reopen it has logged out yet again, half the time you can't even search for a simple item, and in general it just takes forever to load. It was difficult to use before they updated, and now it's nearly impossible

I can sign in....great. And that's about it! I can't pay my bill. I can't look at my invoices. Why is this an issue?

Your app sucks. Never works properly and I can't view current purchases

Can we PLEASE make this app so that we don't have to login to our account everytime we open the app!!! It is the most annoying thing ever! Please have the option to keep me logged in or enable thumbprint access. Sherwin-Williams is my primary vendor and I love Sherwin-Williams, but hate this app for this reason.

App is ok when working...lately it constantly crashes and it is very slow. I cannot make payments

App page Starts over on page 1 when looking at a product on page 2,3,4 thru how ever many page and would like to go back to previous page. Also it should show more then 9 items at a time on a page. I shouldn't have to sign in again to see my pricing sinceI already signed in the app. It takes me to the web page sometimes and there is nothing in my cart when the app has it in the cart. Product Should be in cart no matter app or web they should be the same. This make it complicated to us.

Well it started at 5 ⭐s but now that the bids feature won't work which is all I really used it for. I would say the app is a 2⭐ this caused me a lot of problems getting bids to potential customers and they still haven't fixed it. They fixed it I love the app again 😂

Love the app but it won't work for me since last Friday. I called tech support and they said a lot of people are experiencing problems right now and that they would fix it soon. I have a feeling it won't be fixed by end of week...

This app is a God send. Very accessible and easy to manage at your fingertips. Being busy all day as a paint contractor this is a very important tool to make my business run alot smoother. Its convenient and saves me trips and times to the store just with a click and I'm DONE!!! Would highly recommend this and you won't be disappointed...
