It works very slow. Most of the times decline the payment

Bakwas app... i dnt write my user id and then suddenly click to sign in after that i dnt know how to login ... you should message user id or password to the mobile no.

After update ap not open user id not registered show

1)I heard a lot of great things about shgb. It's really strange to see that how shgb has launched account login with necessary card requirement 2)is it possible to remove this necessary card requirement to login for net banking and can we have efd on this app? If this facility above are accomplished than it would be helpful for both customer as well as bank interacting with long queue of customers.

Not a good app. As of my Experience app being wrost. After binding the device i am not being to able to login to my account. After update also it is same as it was.

This is worst app it asks for your card pin and then even after receiving the OTP their server doesn't work ..it just keeps on loading , Their website is also not having necessary safety parameters that my google chrome is not allowing me to open their website and the customer care never picks up the call .

When i am registering for m banking it says user mobile no. is not registered with bank. I visited my near shgb branch they checked and told me that my mobile no. is successfully updated. also I can make transaction with my debit card online. and UPI is working properly.

not able to 'New user registration' after many attempts. it always show 'seession time out' after entering the OTP. You Developer need more improvements.

Why the your bank server is always down,There is difficulty in paying, And Cannot send money to anyone because the server is down why not fix it. It works doing maximum 3 to 4 hours all day, that's not a good thing ... you should fix your server

Hi I forgot my user id,, I tried a lot but not been able to change it,, even I emailed them many times, but they don't even answered a single email,, they never pick up call if I dial number given,, kindly help me

The app says host unavailable everytine I try to register the user. Very poor useless app. The bank is a complete failure.

Very poor app.... Always not responding.... Always show message " your bank server not responding right now please try again after some time " . I want to suggest never use this app or bank......

Good app but sometimes not work properly. When will you start netbanking? Mobile banking is not enough in the time of digitalization. Waiting for netbanking facility.

Very good app for mostly use of view transaction and transfer money I think this is alternative of passbook entry please go with fully secured app

Not work properly After so many effert when it open the app show 0 balance of all accounts and not show the mini statement There should be lot of improvement in it

Daily funds transfer limit is less for todays requirements, eFD should be enabled with it closure...and we can not download account statement, it's main drawback...the option should be added soon for the succeful use of mobile banking

I has been opened a current account in your bank but Current account mobile banking is not working I have gone to the bank many times but the problem was not solved.
