Shh..Silence : Anti- Snoring Application
HOW TO USE:
1, Launch Shh..Silence and observe the surrounding noise level on the noise graph.
2, Adjust the trigger bars in setting so that it would trigger at your snore.
3, Keep the device on and go to sleep. Shh..Silence will play a 'Shhh' sound when the sound level is reached.
4, Train yourself to snore less often.
A Real-Time audio viewer shows you real-time audio level and trigger levels for you to set.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I was looking for a snore alarm that has notifications when snoring and my Fitbit watch would pick up the notification and vibrate when I snore to nudge me. Shh, had the only feature in the paid version and I went right to the paid version and it works like a charm. My first night with this and a few other bedtime modifications, my sleep score was 91 in Fitbit. I never had that before. What would make this better is the # of snores detected.
The feedback is not entirely gone, at a certain point it could get triggered, very rare, yet possible, I like the idea of volume settings, but I think it could be better if the dB scale could be calibrated. For example, when you say something it could record the peak level of what the mic picked up, then you could choose a level of triggering the "shhh" close to that.
Just aggravates the person being kept awake by snoring even more. I thought it would be a good idea myself and came to look for an app, but na. I think too this might just lead to an even sleepier snorer, which is even worse. Beyond the simple fact that this is probably an ineffective way of solving the problem, you can't change the sound without paying and the "shhh" sound is absolutely not going to work. Bleh... believe me, I'm bummed. I need some sleep.
Works well and responded to my snoring on the first snort...but it wants to work only with the screen on. If the phone goes to screensaver or Always On Display (Galaxy A8) the app shuts off. Any way to fix this?
The soft short 'shh' it makes may as well have been a gnat fart in a hurricane. Never heard it, and was then angrily informed this morning that I snored all night. Different alert sounds with volume control please.
Cannot get it to load all the way. Stops at 98 percent?? This happens when I am trying to install. It will not install so I can click "open" I have a galaxy s10
It is sound detector not snore detector, it detects all the sound, which will disrupts the sleep.
it just keeps waking me up and stressing me out i do not recommend downloading this app
I like the idea of this app but the voice sounds creepy
Does not work. It's just really irritating to the person that is awake.
This is horible game because when I'm playing a different game it keeps making the sound shhhhhh

I like the app, simple and effective. However, I use DND during the night so the Shhh! doesn't sound. I added the app to the exceptions list in DND but I still cant hear anything unless I turn DND off. This is a big problem since it makes sense to have DND active when sleeping. Also it doesn't work when the screen turns off in my Galaxy S10e when the screen goes off. However it does on my Galaxy A70.
