Shield to prevent to call off
The touchscreen, which conveniently lets us do a lot of things in other respects, has a drawback when it comes to talking on the phone. An unintentional touching on it with an ear or cheek sometimes hangs up the phone. It's so embarrassing and irritating.
Shield to Prevent to Call Off is an app which prevents such accident. As the name suggests, it "shields" the screen, as if with a semi-transparent film while you are talking on the phone.
You can configure the settings in detail, but it works well by default. Adjust them once you get used to it. I have used it without changing the options, but there has been no inconvenience so far.Push the back key or menu key on your device to deactivate the shield, which is all you should know, in case you want to use other functions of your smartphone while talking.

This app is great, I have tried a few other call guards but keep going back to this one, but the slide lock is a bit too thin on gs4 so it is a bit awkward to unlock.
I tried them all. The slide bar unlock is what makes the difference. On other apps I found it was too easy to accidentally bump the back button and unlock the screen. Motorola Atrix.
I must say this app is better than ever since the last update and love the new slide lock/unlock feature! Developer is great if you should have any problems. Highly recommend if you ear or chin hits the screen before the built-in phone sensor , which at times is slow to respond and this app solved my problem of hitting the cell buttons with my face,ear or chin. Thank you very much Dev one of my best apps. My built-in sensor does not always work. Problem solved, this app is great!

I've been ready to chuck my phone because 99% of the time my calls get muted or the screen goes somewhere else and I get muted. For months I've been so frustrated and this app is absolutely perfectt! So simple you'd think this would be a standard feature on phones! I would change the name because I happened to just run across it after searching for a long time for this very app. Maybe "Phone Call Shield", or "Phone Call Lock". Like I said, SHOULD BE A STANDARD FEATURE ON ALL PHONES! Nothing's worse than being on an important call only to accidentally press something on the screen interrupting your call. This saved me from tossing my $80 phone.
