Fabulous job done by Shift Freight team! Their packers movers were on-time & the drivers are very professional, yet friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices, most local transport service providers cannot provide similar rates for a pick up and drop service. I am pretty impressed with their customer support people as they are extremely helpful and resolving issues on the spot.. Transportation has become easy with them. It’s definitely a great app to make shifting easy & pocket friendly.

The movers provided for moving my household goods were absolutely fantastic. I am thankful to the company as their services are very trustworthy, timely, fast and everything was done perfectly. There is no charge for key delays or cancellations. Just because of their moving services, the entire shifting turned out very stress free and comfortable for me. Exceptionally brilliant service. The goods are properly delivered at the right time which is satisfactory for customers. A very useful app.

It's a fraud company. They literally throw your items from one place to another. They damaged almost all items during transit and also one of the item is missing. First they told me that you don't have to take insurance and it is already included in the final amount and when I complained for the damage they just said you haven't opted for the insurance and hence they are not taking any responsibility. Now I am in the process of taking them into consumer cort.

A useful app that simplified my life in many ways. Availed their movers services recently & I am highly contented with the way they handled and shifted my belongings. Definitely, it is a much-needed platform for everyone. User-friendly, reliable, and fast!

This is a very good platform to find the best online packers movers. If you want to shift from one place to another with in your budget then you can trust Shift Freight because they are actually connected to so many trusted and affordable moving companies. Their job is appreciable. I requested a quote & they provided me with the best one. If you don’t have any idea about companies in the locality just use their app and you would be provided with the option. I am satisfied with their services!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS. They start with a very low cost. Once you take the booking, on the day of pick up, the agent will call to say that the initial invoice was incorrect and they will increase the price significantly. They cheat the customers with the last minute rush.

Do not trust these guys! These are fraudsters. They have taken my initial booking amount of INR 4000 and as I cancelled the order due to lack of trust in their services (response to queries was very poor), they mentioned that the amount will be refunded to my account. I have a written email for the same as well. Its been 2 months and they have not returned my amount. They just kept on asking for extension for no reason and stopped responding from a week period. I am taking this fraudsters to consumer court and let these people deal this legally.

Extremely bad experience. My luggage got picked up in short notice which was the only good thing about them. Then their packaging, tracking and payment were not in proper systematic form. Unnecessarily increased boxes to charge more. Charged 3 times more than regular packers. Took 22 days for delivery. They picked up in time from my home but didn't ship it for 19 days even after repeated requests when I had paid the entire amount on day 1. Horrible experience. Wont recommend to anyone. 👎

I enquired about hiring 3 wheeler tempo on their website and got their phone call straight away. The price I was offered was very competitive & booked their services on this app. I have to say, that the service was absolutely f9, the friendly driver called in a day before to confirm time and location, he turned up promptly, loaded his van straight away and got on his way. I was able to track locations as well. I am completely satisfied with their support & happy that all this worked out so well.

Everything was moved efficiently and carefully – we could not find any fault with services we received on this app. We have a lot of furniture to move but they managed to deliver them in a good order. Movers arrived early, were 110% professional and helpful at all times, the communication both before and during the move was also outstanding…….& their price, extremely competitive – great value! The quote did not change even they shifted some extra stuff for us. Happy with your services.

Amazing experience. Due to covid I was in a different city but had to vacate my room in Delhi. The professionals were very nice and understanding. I guided them through video call amd they packed everything nicely in less than an hour and safely transported everything to my friend's place. I could also live track the vehicle through their app. The pricing also was extremely reasonable. I will recommend it for everyone who's looking for a movers and packers.

Writing this review on having wonderful experience of transporting my car with Shift Freight. They used special packing stuff and some modern equipments for packing and loading my car. One of their crew members was monitoring every task while other movers worked as per his directions, their coordination was up to mark and very impressive to me. Very professional & attentive staff for towing services. I was stuck on the NH24 when my car stopped in the traffic. Though I’ve already heard a lot about Shift Freight in the past, I made booking on their app and got their response immediately. One must go for it.
