Shift Work Schedule
The app will automatically highlight all corresponding days of your work week based on the day you select, so you can see if you are working or not on a specific date and plan your holidays, trips or whatever you want to plan. NOTE: once you selected your shift pattern, you can not edit separate days (like overtime).
The app also has a nice search feature that lets you check if you’re supposed to be working a particular day and it lets you customize its appearance down to the background.
The app offers a sleek, translucent calendar widget, even if you do not work shifts, you might use it as simple calendar Widget on your main screen or lock screen( starting from 4.2 android version).

Calendar does not sync with Google calendars, and it is not wage calculator, all it does is shows you work shifts pattern in a nice way :)
IMPORTANT: If you have a Sony device with STAMINA mode, you can either disable this mode or add Shift Work Schedule to the active applications in standby.STAMINA/Extended Standby Mode prevents Shift Work Schedule from waking up the device. Thus, an alarm will NOT ring if this mode is enabled.

Great app for split shifts but, after you've set your shifts in to the future it would be great to be able to tap or long press on any given day to be able to add annual leave days. Currently whenever I tap on any given day the app asks if I want to restart my shift pattern from that day, well no I don't, my shift pattern is already set, I want to add annual leave days.
Great little app, I'm on a rolling rota of 4 days per week with a rolling weekday off which changes every week (Mon, then Tues, then Wed etc) so very handy for looking ahead. Just a shame I cannot add in holiday booked or overtime by just clicking on individual days to change its colour, to represent a holiday day, or a different colour to represent agreed overtime. I feel like this would be a very simple thing to add but it doesn't look like they have any intention of doing so.
This app is unique but I would like to see some improvments. My old commen ( For example, everytime when you click a date in your schdual it ask you to make it as start date and can loose your data. Can also have pattern backup because loosing patterns very commen in this app.) now it is solved in new version. Thans to the developer.. 5 STARS.
App is beautiful and, yes simple to use. However the set up shift pattern is really limitative. If on a day I get holiday, or I am gonna swap with a colleague, I am not gonna be able to amend it on my calendar. So 3 stars due to a necessary feature missing
I have using this app from last 4 years. It is a very easy and good app to design custom shift pattern with alarm and different colour days. But it's widget provide only one month view on home screen. If there would be a year view of shift work on home screen widget, then its productivity of planning for holidays and leave managing will be great out come. Will you please work on it? Please provide a year view of shift work schedule in home screen widget. Thanks.
This is the best app out of the play store selection for adding a static patterned shift as the app auto replicates the pattern for the rest of the year. Generous amount of customisations but I am not giving 5 stars as the gui just isn't as clean as I would like but it's the best there is just now
This app is very useful and I like the fact it plans out all your shifts until pretty much the end of time and it is accurate. I feel like this app would benefit from being able to insert one off events e.g. overtime as if you do that it assumes you have that shift every week.
Good calendar app would be better if it allowed 4 shifts to be viewed simultaneously on one page and not just separately, saw the dual shift attempt......can be made better if when selecting a date it showed what shifts worked on the said date and not just try to set shift schedules from said date etc. Good app tho.
That's a great app. It set up my shift system exactly how I wanted it. I fully appreciate this app and the lovely features it have. I hope and trust that in the near future that it can sync with my Google calendar. I would really appreciate this new feature from the developer.
This application is very good, easy to use, can this application synchronize with Google Calendar. if the shift work night and day change a weeks, can you add alarm feature to get used to bedtime, sorry my english is very bad
No support for days off or extra shifts. once your schedule is in if you want to change a single day you can't which is a deal breaker for me. app looks good and was very easy to set up.
Exactly what I needed. An alarm that's programmed into my shift pattern is a game-changer! There is only one thing I would like to see, the ability to add notes/reminders on to individual days of the week (unless there is already a way to do this?) Please advise! Thanks
Really good app but what would be a really useful feature is to be able to amend specific days within the pattern for overtime or if they change. It seems quite locked once it has been set.
For working shift work rotating schedule, this is perfect 👌. I plugged in 1 complete rotation (5 weeks), and this app showed me my days off for the entire year. Also, you can change the colors to differentiate between work days and off days.
I've just got a new phone and my old work calendar app no longer exists so I downloaded this and it's a super simple app that works really well but you can't ammend days (holidays and overtime) once your pattern is set if it had that function then I'd rate it 5 stars and buy the app as well
Couldn't use it. Where I work we have different shifts every day, starting at different times. This planner only works for regular patterns that repeat, and doesn't have options for split shifts
Looks really nice and seems easy to use but it's no use if you don't have a regular shift pattern (2 days on 1 day off for example) so as someone that gets different shifts every week this app isn't very helpful to me nor does it make it that clear on the store page
Nice app. Improve its display colors and highlight/blink current date. Also include leave quota and types and option to add the leave of the day. It will be easy to calculate leaves of the year
A great app but after 2 days working just fine. Only 1 shift shows alarms meanwhile the other 1 not showing alarms again. I activate 2 shifts and each have different time, yet only 1 shift shows alarms.
Love the app used for a number of years, the widget use to stay up to date but now has gotten stuck on November last year? Is there any way to have it so it updates again? I have tried reloading widget. Yes its ignoring optimization also have uninstalled and reinstalled app.
hard to use and makes no sense
The alarm is no longer popping on the screen so that I am able to press stop,I must restart my phone so that the alarm stop ringing. Otherwise I love the app. Please help with the alarm issues 🙏
I work a 2 week pattern consisting of different day shifts and evening shifts. This app doesn't accommodate patterns such as this and is only really good for a 4 on 4 off kind of shift pattern.
Although its a Good App as a reminder app. But I need some more features: Like it should be an attendance app too, the app should ask if I have performed the shift or not.There should be an option of entry in attendance sheet for Double shift/Overtime shift/or Interchange shift. One more thing Alarm for Night duty shift should be triggered one day before i.e If i have to perform night duty of 18/05/21 so the alarm should be rang on 17/05/21.
Like the ability to customise patterns and now you can overlay a second pattern! Now all we need is ability to show leave days, then it gets 5 stars.
